- Participate in a 10-minute demonstration with the Spelunking Guide on the types of crawls you will need to do at points whilst on tour in Harrison's Cave
- Become familiar with the surroundings when you take the Adventure Stairs
- Watch the Discover Barbados Film and the historical video of Harrison's Cave
- Participate in a fully guided caving exploration experience through Harrison's Cave
- Enter Harrison's Cave on foot with 2 guides and learn about Harrison's Cave's discovery and explorations
- View the stalactites and stalagmites in Harrison's Cave whilst walking through
- Get acclimatized in the small pools of water in the Rotunda Room inside Harrison's Cave
- Walk through "Explorers' Pool" in at least 4 feet of water to participate in the cave-crawl exploration
- Crawl through the inner chambers of Harrison's Cave
- Walk with a towel to shower, change of clothes and shoes due to you getting wet and muddy

5.00Our 1st visit was in 2018, we loved it so much we came back and WOW things have changed! Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park has so much more to do! I love the addition of the birds, zipline, pool, and the good! I really enjoyed the fish cakes. Our tour guide Rawl was phenomenal! I could feel his passion for the Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park. He cares so much about the guests that visit and cares about the wellbeing of his coworkers. Rawl has a positive contagious vibe that I feel Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park should be proud to have apart of their team.

5.00The Cave Explorer Tour was an amazing trip into the heart of the cave. Crawling past all of the stalactites and stalagmites was incredible. Our guides were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and great to be around. I would definitely recommend this trip!

5.00Our tour guide Gabriel was brilliant, incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly and a really positive person to be around. The cave itself is stunning the pictures don’t do it justice. You do need to have a reasonable level of fitness as they’ll get you crawling through the mud and climbing over rocks to get to some breath taking parts inside the cave but it’s SO worth it and you leave feeling incredibly proud. Gabriel gently pushed me to face my fear of being in the dark inside the cave, turning all the lights off while we crawled through a tunnel with water. If you get him as your guide you’re very lucky and in for an amazing day!! He prioritised our safety above all while ensuring we had plenty of giggles and shared many interesting facts along the way. Give this man a payrise!!!!!!!!

5.00Frist off our guides Rawle & Jirah were excellent. Rawle especially made our experience an exceptional one. Come prepared to get wet & be on your hands & knees crawling through caves. The water is a little cold but believe me ITS WORTH IT. Be sure to wear long or short sleeve & long pants active wear & water shoes, no armless tops. Bring a change of clothing & underwear. You must go see the birds after the cave activity. If you can get Rawle to take you that will be awesome.

5.00Brilliant tour. I went in the 80's when it had first opened and there is so much more to do now. The trip was much slicker than I remember and the guides were great. I would really recommend this and the wildlife reserve as something that you don't think of the Caribbean for but are surprisingly good.
