We were very pleased with the unit and the location. It was easy to get into town as well as shortened the trip to secret beach located between the two. There are all needs close. Restaurants, grocery and convenience store within 5 mins. The unit itself was comfortable, beds were awesome, kitchen well equipped. There is room for 6+ guests with sleeper sofa. On site office and 24 hour security, not that it was really needed. Grounds were well maintained! It was nice and quiet not being in condo complex or resort. I would highly recommend!

I always use Viator to plan excursions for my trips. This one did not disappoint! Very professional crew. They really kept the vibe to make sure everyone had a fun time. Felt safe snorkeling. Very patient crew for those that were nervous getting in the water. Unlimited drinks and ceviche were served. We had the perfect amount of time to explore Caye Caulker! Thank you Craig for making a memorable experience! I will definitely recommend!

Let’s be honest, you can book a snorkeling tour with just about anyone in San Pedro and go to the same spots. What makes the experience is the crew, and that’s where Xsite really stands out. From start to finish, they were attentive, fun, kind, and genuinely made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of. That level of service completely changes the day you will experience and they know how to do it. Great drinks, great food, and an experience that felt way more personal than your typical tour. Highly recommend.

We just got back from our Belize vacation and I can tell you one of the most amazing days was the day spent with Xsite sailing. The snorkeling was amazing, the crew was friendly and knowledgeable and the rum punch and ceviche was on point. I highly recommend this tour. Thank you for an amazing day.

Best snorkeling trip I have ever been on! The crew was amazing. Very knowledgeable. They provided good instruction and were very helpful with the first time snorkelers on our trip. They swam with us and told us about all the marine life we were seeing. Swimming with the nurse sharks was a highlight. They also provided plenty of snacks and drinks and even ceviche on the sail back. Highly recommend this company.

I would absolutely avoid this company and their lack of communication. We paid $300 in advance (2 weeks). We received a confirmation and this was the only excursion we booked. We were looking forward to the day trip. We'll We arrived and apparently our excursion was canceled and we were never told or communicated to us. They entertained a private party. We spent time and money and they never communicated the cancelation. We showed up and looked like idiots and wasted our day. Don't book with these people

This was the highlight of our trip! We took a trimaran with the crew sailing and snorkeling to Hol Chan and shark alley . The crew was Jerry, Jervis, Elle, and Rob and they were AWESOME. We swam with the sting rays and sharks. Got to see the best sea life and color coral. Elle cooked delicious shrimp, steak, and chicken tacos, and they cooked all the fish we (they) caught during the trip. We hooked up our phone to their speaker and vibed the whole trip with good music. Highly recommend. Safe, fun, and memory driven. Book early!

The snorkeling was great, of course. But what made this trip so great was the awesome crew! A very fun day on the water.
