The class was well-organized and incredibly interactive, showing me and my girlfriend how to prepare four traditional Filipino dishes: Lumpia, Chicken Adobo, a flavorful fish dish, and the famous Halo-Halo dessert. What made this class truly special was that it wasn’t just about cooking—it was also informative and cultural. Necain and Philip shared fascinating insights about Filipino traditions, the origins of the dishes, and even details about the city, which added so much depth to the experience. The hands-on approach kept us engaged throughout, and by the end, we enjoyed a wonderful meal that we had prepared ourselves.
