5.00Our day with Heriberto was fantastic. He was so accommodating to all our needs and did everything to ensure we had an amazing experience. The three cenotes we visited all had unique features. Heriberto shared many interesting facts about each place. I would highly recommend this private tour with Heriberto.

5.00Juan Manuel, the true Mayan warrior GM (aka our tour guide), was wonderful. He kept us entertained the entire time and was incredibly kind. He’s very knowledgeable, speaks several languages, and shared so much with us about Mexico and Mayan culture.
A whole new world! What a treasure to see what was just under our feet! This was such a unique experience for us all

5.00This trip was a surprise for us all! We weren’t sure who would enjoy it the most, but the little kids up to Grandma had a BLAST! Our tour guide Irving H provided more than just snacks and directions… he joined in on the experience and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the morning!

5.00We had a fantastic morning with Irving -our super friendly tour guide visiting the beautiful cenotes !! It was a great experience for our family made more fun by Irving being so insightful and knowledgeable, he even kindly took pictures and video footage of our trip. Would highly recommend !!

5.00Irving was fabulous. He was attentive, even taking the time to stop and try to find petroleum jelly at the gas station to help my boyfriend's snorkel mask stop leaking (mustaches make it hard to get the mask to seal over the lip). He was knowledgeable, took the time to chat with us about the history, area, the differences between the cenotes. The tour as a whole has a great variety - each cenote having its own unique qualities and experiences. The first provided great snorkeling - we had a chance to see lots of different kinds of fish. The second was completely enclosed in a cave and was unlike anything I've seen before. We were still able to get in and swim, and flashlights were provided so we could see deep into the cave and deep into the water. Then the third was open and perfectly aquamarine blue. There were 2 platforms you could jump from into the deepest part of the cenote. Irving had everything we needed - snorkeling gear, life jackets, and flashlights. We brought our own towels and packed some snacks as the day is long and there is no stop for lunch. Overall, once in a lifetime opportunity.

He was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and informative throughout the day, sharing history and stories about the cenotes while guiding us to the best spots for swimming, photos, and unforgettable views. Heriberto went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable always offering us water to stay hydrated and even took plenty of photos so we could fully enjoy the experience without worrying about capturing every moment. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth turned a beautiful setting into an experience we’ll never forget.
