Great tour and way to sample a variety of local foods. Stella took us to pastries, bakeries, coffee shops, cheese shops, and places to sample honey and olive oils. Lunch was great and we really enjoyed the whole experience.

Stella was amazing!! Her English was so great and made communication and hearing all her many facts so easy! Her food knowledge and overall knowledge of Crete was outstanding and impossible to stump her with any question . She was fun and so very helpful !

Unfortunately we had an issue finding the meeting point as it was not clearly described nor indicated on a map nor coordinates provided so we ended up not being able to find the group. When we finally returned to the area after searching all over CHANIA we decided not to join the group mid tour as we were worn out from walking and so did not go on the tour. The tour guide operator Stella felt the directions were clear and so refused to offer any sort of refund to us.

We very much enjoyed learning more about Greek food from Stella. And the history of Crete. We tried several things we may not have otherwise. Eat modestly at each stop so that you can enjoy the included lunch!

We had to use google translate to read the inscription on the statue. It was right across the street from where our cruise ship shuttle dropped us off. Stella was a doll. She gave us history of Crete throughout the entire tour. We went to places I would not have thought to go if we were on our own. The food was delicious. It was definitely more than I could eat. We had a great group on our tour. I would definitely recommend you book with Stella. We had a great time.
