Walked group at a VERY rapid pace. Unable to hear guide most of the time. Unable to see much since much time was looking at broken roads and sidewalks to prevent falling since walking at rapid pace. This was by far one of the poorest excursions ever!

We were paired with Annalise who was very new to this role (like, we were her first group ever). She was a lovely and cheerful young lady but lacked the knowledge and training necessary for this role.
