Absolutely horrible experience! This company canceled twice on us with bogus employee emergencies, (didn’t even bother to come up with a separate excuse on the second day saying it was a totally another employee with an emergency) and then I contacted them, They said they would give me a refund and take care of it. It’s been weeks and haven’t seen any refund. I contacted them again and they told me that they could not help I had to contact another person. Trip Ruined in Chattanooga, our schedule was tight because everything was planned on time frame. We did our best to rearrange our activitiesfor the canceled date just to have it canceled again the next day. Very disappointed.

A fun experience with friends. Our guide, Caleb was knowledgeable and fun. He loves his city and it reflects in the stories he told that didn’t come from a script.

Chattanooga’s Rydables Tour was sooo much fun!!! What a fun and creative way to see the beauty of the city and learn about its history. Our tour guide even let us stop and shop for a few minutes. Do it! It’s fun, it’s different, and you may even feel like a kid again. I know my sister and I did. It was such a fun and memorable experience, with a whole lot of laughs along the way. Even the people we passed on the street enjoyed watching all of us drive by. It really was a lot of fun, and I’m so happy we did it. Try it!

Wasn't sure what to expect but this was so much fun! We went for my birthday celebration and had the best time. Our tour guide, Gwen, was very informative and fun. We were able to see so many different areas all while riding! We will definitely do again!

The Rydables tour was awesome! As frequent visitors to Chattanooga we thought we had seen just about everything, but you've never seen a city like you will on a Rydables tour. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable! The hoots, friendly heckles, smiles, and waves from passersby added to an overall great experience!! We'll definitely be on the lookout for tours from this company in other cities as well!

Had an absolute blast with my team on the Rydables tour! The sites in Chattanooga were awesome. I tried a Moonpie for the first time, and it felt like we got to see a lot of the city! I can't wait to take another tour and choose a new animal!
