We had such a wonderful experience at the cheese tasting. The selection of cheeses was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully curated, and everything was explained in a way that made it even more enjoyable. Geraud was incredibly kind, welcoming, and so knowledgeable…you can tell he truly loves what he does. It felt personal, relaxed, and special from start to finish. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting!

My husband, sister and I booked the wine and cheese tasting. It was so educational and the cheese and wine paired really well together. We bought some cheese and brought it home to Texas. Now I’m looking for similar events closer to home. If you like cheese and wine, this event is for you.

We had a delightful time at this wine and cheese tasting. We had been there last year and couldn't wait to return. It's amazing how much we forgot, but at the same time, we learned so much and can't wait to go back next year. Learning about pairing wine and cheese is so much fun (not to mention tasty)! The setting in the store is a lovely little space where only 8 people can participate, so there is a lot of individual attention. Each of the cheeses was delicious.

Informative and fun. Gerald is a wonderful teacher. He mixes humor into his talk and engages the participants with questions. the other guest were very nice and shared their knowledge of St. Martin with a couple of first timers. The portions of both the wine and cheese were substantial. It served as both lunch and dinner for us.

Extremely educational, delicious & enjoyable. Wines paired beautifully with the cheeses. The history of cheese & the regions where they came from were described in detail. Prices for take home cheese & wines are reasonable. The only glitch is the language barrier. My husband found it confusing trying to decipher a lot of what we were being told. I speak French & had to translate much of what we heard for him. However, we will return for a racquelet dinner on a Thursday evening before our departure from SXM.

We had a great time, tried a big variety of cheeses from different regions of France that we didn’t even know about. It was useful to find out with which wine would be better to combine this or that cheese. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended for cheese lovers!!! Do not miss this opportunity!
