Chochołow Thermal Baths are the largest thermal complex in Podhale region. The water in pools is extracted from a depth of nearly 3600 metres below the ground and is rich in nutrients such as sulphur, magnesium, sodium or calcium - said to have beneficial influence on health medically and therapeutically. In total there is over 30 swimming pools with the temperature of water raging from 32 to 36 degrees Celsius. Water barrels are situated both indoors and outdoors. Spending the time there in the evening can be a really relaxing experience.

5.00Pick up was informative in the morning, arrived on time. Lots to do at the baths, 3 hours doesn’t feel long enough and then on journey home Oskar our driver gave us some information on the houses beside the thermal baths and things. Dropped off back at hotel and all in all had an amazing experience highly recommend

5.00Would definitely recommend this trip! michael our driver was lovely and very helpful. the whole experience was very easy from pick up to drop off and explained to us very well by michael. The thermal baths were great would definitely return.
Ok visit, very busy but found a quiet section so able to make the most out of the visit.

4.00Over all had a good time. The transportation was great and Oskar the guide was really friendly and gave us great facts about the landmarks we drove past. It was quite overwhelming when we arrived as it was extremely busy with families and school trips of children. Luckily we managed to find an adults only section which was quieter so we managed to make the most out of our time. The facilities were extremely clean and the staff were attentive.

1.00Had a terrible end to the day here. If you use the spa part you have to hire towels. On getting changed a child kept putting his things on my tell and hence his family walked off with my wet towels. The reception staff did not believe me! And had no interest in checking my rucksack. Even our your guide couldn’t get them to waive the fee. They made me pay an extortionate lost towel fee that was more than the additional spa entrance fee. They were so rude to me I was treated so badly. Ruined the experience. The place is nice but extremely overcrowded and touristy. There’s trying to cram too much in for one place. Main thing was staff. So rude and rude to our tour guide who was lovely.

The baths themselves were relaxing, beautifully maintained, and exactly what we were hoping for—but what truly made the day unforgettable was our tour guide, Oskar. From the moment we met him, Oskar went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had accidentally booked the wrong option, and instead of letting it become a problem, he immediately took charge and sorted everything out for us without any stress. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to ensure we had the best time made all the difference. Thanks to Oskar, what could have been a stressful situation turned into one of the highlights of our trip. His attention to detail and great attitude made the whole experience feel personalized and effortless. I can’t recommend both the thermal baths and Oskar highly enough
