What To Expect

You will head to the country side of Basel where the chocolatier's making site is located with a host. Arrived, you will participate in a 2-hour chocolate-making workshop where you will learn the in-depth processes of Swiss chocolate making, its origin, and how Switzerland became an icon for Milk chocolates. You will first taste a variety of raw cacao beans to understand the different flavors of each bean that the chocolatier uses; you will then be explained the processes from bean to bar, then they'll be a demonstration of how ganache is made to fill your high-quality truffles, afterward, you will go ahead and be making your chocolate bars, and truffles. In total you will be making 3 chocolate bars, and 2 truffles per person.
