An excellent and informative tour. James was a friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and engaging guide. This is a modern, family-founded distillery which produces beautiful whiskeys from barley grown on the family’s farm giving them each a special provenance and unique flavour. Highly recommended whether a whiskey lover or not.

A very nice tour with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly James as tour guide. We recommend the tour with the 3-Whisky-Tasting - with us the last one was also the best!

Very informative and interestingly designed. No mass tourism. After a brief briefing, there was a film afterwards giving a tour and explanation of the individual steps of the work. Afterwards we went to rehearsal. You are very proud of your craft and philosophy, you can tell.

A very cool experience. We wanted to do something more unique and more local feeling. So fun to hear about the history of Clonakilty whiskey along with learning how it is all made.

Wonderful experience. James, our guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable, both about local history, each step of the process, and about any questions we had about the whiskey, gin or vodka. Amazing company with sustainability, utilizing each part of the distilling process for a good purpose, keeping the cycle reciprocal and sustainable. He seemed to truly enjoy answering all of our questions and even though we had a quiet collective overall group, everyone warmed up & the entire tour was a highlight :) looking forward to visiting again in the future.
