What To Expect
Colon
Colón was founded in 1850 by the Panama Railroad Company, on the swampy island of Manzanillo, originally called Aspinwall by the company. Within the city of Colón, we have several sites such as the Casco Antiguo de Colón, or Cristóbal, the latter created by the French canal company. As well as public spaces such as Paseo Washington and Paseo Lesseps. Also, within this historic center, some buildings are declared monuments, such as the Episcopal Church, Cristo a Orillas del Mar, the Washington Hotel, and the Morgan Battery at Fort Lesseps. we will be visiting all these places listed above on this wonderful experience
Paseo Marino
It is a promenade that runs through part of the city of Colon and contains healthy recreation areas for children and adults, bicycle paths and even a plaza for people who like to practice "skating." From this privileged place you can see the ships waiting to enter the Panama Canal and those heading towards the enormous port of Manzanillo with merchandise from all over the world.

5.00Rafael was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and made the trip fun. It was great to experience the carribean roots. Didn't go duty free shopping but I don't feel that I really missed anything because everything else was so informative. The food was delicious.

5.00Today was magical. We went to Colon and our guides Riggo and Davis were phenomenal! They took us to two locations. Our guides were knowledgeable, kind, professional and have a great sense of humor. The resturant they suggested prepared our food with love and we dined next to the ocean. I could not have asked for more. Thank you for all you brought to the day🙏🏿🇵🇦

5.00If you’re visiting Panamá, you have to visit Colón! I had a great time on this tour and learned so much history from Riggo, who was super engaging, a great communicator, and made the trip fun! I traveled as a solo female and felt incredibly safe. Riggo seemed to know everyone in town and it was really nice to hear his first hand experience as someone born and raised in Colón. This tour shares a really important part of Panamá’s history and culture, especially the mix of cultures that make up the city and region of Colón.

5.00Roddrick did an amazing job teaching the culture of Colon. This tour was very informative lead by a local historian still proudly living in the community. We walked the streets of the city and saw where the locals shop, work, pray and learn. Thank you for this very personable experience.

5.00Exploring Colón was such a memorable experience! The city tour gave us a great mix of history, culture, and beautiful waterfront views. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made every stop interesting with stories about the area’s connection to the Panama Canal and local culture. The scenery was beautiful, the people were welcoming, and there were plenty of spots for photos, shopping, and trying local food. I especially loved seeing the colorful streets and learning more about Panama beyond just Panama City.
