Important Notice: Following a new directive issued by the Government of Malta, effective May 2025, to disembark ashore at the Blue Lagoon, one must obtain an access pass in advance. Passes can be acquired through the official government website blcomino.com. Please ensure you acquire this pass in advance, as the daily pass allocation is limited. You will not be allowed to disembark at the Blue Lagoon without an official pass. For this trip, you are required to book the afternoon timeslot when applying for your pass. Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
If you have booked the option that includes pick-up and drop-off transfers, please note that the time shown on the website or on your ticket is the departure time of the cruise and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time.
If you have booked the option that includes pick-up and drop-off transfers, please make sure to contact the provider to confirm your pick-up location (meeting point) and your pick-up time.
Guests lodging within walking distance from Sliema Ferries (from where the boat departs) must always make their own way to the boat and should arrive at the departure point 20–30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
If you are making your own way to the boat, the departure is from Sliema Ferries, Triq Ix-Xatt, Sliema (in the area opposite the Basilica of Jesus of Nazareth). When you arrive at this location, you need to look for a Turkish gulet (a traditional-design wooden sailing vessel); the name of the boat is the 'Hera'.
The boat is wheelchair and stroller accessible; however, the island of Comino is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. The terrain on Comino Island is very uneven and rugged, which makes it very difficult to navigate with a wheelchair or a stroller.
Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat.
Non-foldable wheelchairs cannot be transported in vehicles or on the boat.
Snorkelling equipment is available for hire on the boat.
A cash bar serving some snacks and other beverages is available on the boat. Both cash and credit card payments are accepted at the bar.
Stopping at the Crystal Lagoon is subject to weather and sea conditions. If a visit there isn’t possible, we will head to Santa Marija Bay instead.
The provider reserves the right to alter the itinerary subject to weather conditions or unforeseen operational constraints.
No refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to disembark at the Blue Lagoon due to not having a government-issued pass. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the required pass in advance.
Not recommended for travellers with mobility impairments.
Not recommended for travellers who are prone to seasickness.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Ryan ( from Robert Arrigo & Sons ), along with Hadeel ( from AX The Palace ) prearranged this private boat tour for us while in Malta. All the details were handled beautifully as both Ryan & Hadeel kept me updated on weather/ winds etc. This was a huge help, and it enhanced our experience greatly. Our captain...Dean ? ( South African ) was friendly, knowledgeable, and awesome at the helm. The Crystal Lagoon, and the Blue Lagoon were breathtaking to visit and swim. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit Malta again
