5.00Nikola did a great tour taking us around the communist hot spots, bringing to life what it was like to live under the regime and how it impacted Bulgarians. If I’m back in Sofia I’ll definitely check out the Red House he helped to set up and some of their other tours!

4.00Interesting themes, very knowledgeable English guide (Daniel to be exact); a bit problematic to follow the whole description for those who are not native speakers (a bit too fast in the various stages of the story, which fills 80% of the total time); nice walk through the key places of Communist Sofia full of anecdotes and comparisons between images of yesterday (period photos) and today's visual reality. 5.00Nikola provided personal and historical insights into the 1944-1989 period in Bulgarian history, he took us to secret and unknown buildings, it was a three-hour tour, very well planned out!

5.00Really worthwhile to learn more about the communisty history of Bulgaria and developments since the fall of the socialist regime. Our excellent guide was Vasil, who was not only knowledgable, but also managed the group very welll. He was enthousiastic (captivated us all), patient, answered all questions and also provided a balanced view on the achievements and failings socialisme/communisme in Bulgaria
