It was an amazing trip. It was my first solo trip. I was actually nervous before getting into the bus but the people and the crew were good and I forgot I was alone. It was a memorable trip.

Connemara with John! Even with the rain, he made the entire experience unforgettable. He was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing great stories and taking us to beautiful spots we never would have found on our own. John kept everything seamless and comfortable, and his positive attitude completely turned the rainy weather into part of the charm. We always felt safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend — rain or shine, John is the best!

It was an OK day! The bus was pretty small and very squeaky. It’s sort of pitched as a day where you make lots of stops but we really only made a major stop at the Abbey. Everything else felt like a bathroom break in an area with gift shops. Our driver didn’t have too much to contribute in terms of facts on the drive which was a little disappointing. I’m glad we went but I’m not sure I would’l consider taking this particular tour.

Scenery was lovely and abbey is well worth the trip. Felt the driver was not that engaged though (e.g. only gave narration at certain points whereas on other tours I had been on the driver narrated the whole way) and there was less legroom than on other tours I had done. The last stop at Skiddle also seemed a waste of time. Probably would have a better tour with another company (I did Galway City Tours for cliffs of mohor for instance and felt that was better).

Had an excellent experience. Our tour guide Ronan was fantastic. Bus was comfortable and tours were interesting and beautiful. Highly recommend. Bus ride was offset by opportunities to walk the beautiful grounds of the Abby and gardens. Stops along the route to stretch and see the landscape were helpful.

The lovely Michael was our tour guide and driver. He was very friendly, attentive and informative, giving us plenty of information throughout the drive. We made a number of stops, some longer than others but all stops felt an appropriate length of time and all were beautiful!

The trip from Galway through Connemara to Kylemore was extremely picturesque. Kylemore Abbey was definitely worth the visit. I loved all our tour guide’s insights, though too many of the things pointed out seemed to be on the driver’s side of the bus. Overall I felt in good hands. The bus was new and the sensors kept going off, I hope they find a way to turn those off as all the beeps were pretty annoying and obviously the driver was as far from the edge of the road as he could be, so all the tree branches and bushes near the narrow road were making it go off all the time. Obviously not his fault, just a bother. My only complaint is that our guide gave us a basic run down of what order we should do kylemore in, but didn’t point out specifically that the restaurant is outside the gates, and we went to eat in the middle of our visit, but worried they wouldn’t let us back in as we had already given our ticket stub and did not have receipts like those purchasing tickets on site. Luckily they did! Though the first lady seemed like she was not inclined to.
