We are the owners of Agriturismo Bellini. We make fresh pasta like our mom and grandmother taught us and we will share with you all the secrets of working with flour and water. Our family owns an organic farm where we produce wine and olive oil on our estate.

We'll prepare together different kinds of fresh pasta, the Tuscan ragù and a traditional Italian dessert. We'll only use high quality and homemade ingredients . We'll cook with oil produced from our olive trees and with vegetables grown in our garden. We'll savor that we cooked during the lesson , sipping red wine produced by a local farmer. You will be immersed in a wonderful atmosphere, in Villa on a charming hill in Val di Chiana. Surrounded by woodland where you can see squirrel, hares and deer. An ideal place to learn to cook. This experience was so much fun! Our host was such a character - amazing stories and great food with an Italian family. Chef Dandy was so welcoming, and we loved that his mother was part of the class as well, showing us exactly how to make the dough. If you're looking for a relaxing day where you learn to make some delicious dishes - this is a great experience for you. And, compared to some other cooking classes available, it was very reasonably priced for what you get. We even had a certification ceremony and Chef Dandy sent us tons of cute pics he took during the class and all our recipes.

Our cooking class was a highlight of our time in Italy. It was well organized, fun and gave us pasta making techniques to bring back home. Our charming teachers welcomed us into their home and at the end of the class we shared a delicious meal with them.
