What To Expect
Day 1 - San Salvador - Copan City - San Salvador . Departure from San Salvador 4:30am , arrival in Copan 8;30am, Breakfast local restaurant to enjoy a delicious Baleada (Honduras National Dish) , then we will visit the Mayan archeological site (world heritage by UNESCO) . Here we will take a tour with a local guide and learn a lot of the Mayan civilization as well there will be a visit at to the free museum on the main entrance. Then we will go back to the city to have lunch, then we will go back to the city of Copan to have lunch and enjoy a walk in the city. Before to go back to San Salvador, will have a visit to the Macaw Mountain Park to learn more about the macaw birds and other species of birds. Back in San Salvador around 7:00pm.

5.00We had an amazing 2 days, 1 night Copán Ruinas tour with EC Tour, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. Edwin, the owner, was incredibly kind, professional, and made us feel safe the entire trip. He’s a very careful driver and also a fun, knowledgeable guide who genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort and happiness. He speaks excellent English and is very easy and fun to talk to, which made the journey enjoyable. We were also accompanied by another guide, Marie, who was equally kind, friendly, and helpful. Together, they made the tour well organized, relaxed, and stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy Copán Ruinas. Highly recommended, I would absolutely book with EC Tour again! Annya & Jan
