First time snorkeling, and I had the best time. I look forward to doing this same adventure again the next time I am in Belize. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and had the best experience at the Reef and the Shark/Ray swim. What an experience.

Pointless. Ended up canceling cause the guide supposedly had no idea where the hotel was despite me providing name ans address and it was also an option in the dropdown and i couldn't reach them by viator. Because they did not have a local number only the viator customer service number. So ended up having to call viator directly for THEM to get in contact with the tour guide. But by then, I had gotten a taxi to the water ferry (had to pay for that), then get a water taxi to the island where the snorkeling takes place (had to pay for that) just to get to the island and not be able to go out cause all the boats had already gone out that morning (at 1030). I didn't get to cay caulker until 12. The excursion started with a 9 a.m. pick up. By the time I had already gotten to the water ferry it was 945 and I had already paid for the ticket (nonrefundable) when the tour guide finally showed up because i called viator and told them where I was. Also the tour guide told viator I never reached out to message them but I sent several messages via the app. I was told by a local it's best to get to the island THEN get a tour. There are plenty to choose from.

Was off to a rough start at first with a delay of close to an hour sitting on the dock. The trip was great once it started. And worth the wait. Lots of nurse sharks and stingrays. Stopped and hand fed tarpons on way back.

Pickup was easy and as described. Excursion was a blast. Jamal, our tour guide, was outstanding. Captain and other boat attendants were helpful. Had lunch at a great spot on Caye Caulker. Great family afternoon. Would 100% recommend if you like snorkeling or just looking for a fun adventure.

The boat ride was a little longer than we thought, but it was well worth it! The snorkeling was fantastic as well as the shark/sting ray experience, island restaurant for lunch, and the surprise tarpon feeding at the end! Jamal was a wonderful/knowledgeable guide. We would do it again in the future!

I went on this excursion solo, feeling brave… but when we arrived, I almost chickened out and stayed on the speedboat 😂. As a person of color, I honestly felt like I was doing the most and was perfectly fine just watching everyone else get off. But Anthony was so kind, patient, and reassuring — he made me feel safe enough to step off the boat and create some once-in-a-lifetime core memories. 10/10 for him! I wish I had cash to tip, so instead I bought him a drink. If you’re thinking twice about this—even as a person of color— gone head and book. You ain’t gone have no better time elsewhere in Belize.
