The entire trip was amazing! Our guide was wonderful as well as the crew. We learned alot about Belize itself as well as the things we saw in the ocean. Snacks were gone when we got back to the boat but we waited only a short time on our meal which was very good despite mixed reviews. We were nervous about getting to our ship on time but we got back with 30 minutes before last departure. Feeding the Tarpons wasn't on the description but it was a fun additive to everything else we did. I get get bit but I followed directions it wasn't anyone's fault and felt like roadrash. It makes for a fun story. We all enjoyed this excursion best out of all the ones we have ever done. Definitely worth it and a great price!

First off, the experience is worth it. Our rating is more on the execution and coordination of the experience. Here is our summary of the good and bad: - Stated pickup 0700. Actual pickup 0800, After repeated calls and messaging. - Never received a reply through Viator to verify pickup time or location in the days prior to the event. - waited until 0930 in the Sun for the boat, crew, etc. No information was given during this time to the participants. - Finally got underway at 1000. - Boat broke a propeller half way to Cate Caulker. Crew was able to fix and got back underway. - The snorkel spots were excellent and as expected. - “snacks” were 1-2 pieces of fruit and a bag of water. Bring plenty of water with you! - Tour stated rum punch was available. Crew started drinking before the tourist and there wasn’t enough for everyone on the boat to have a drink. We would have given a better rating, but it was poorly executed. If you book this tour, ensure you verify your pickup location and time prior to the tour and ensure you have a drop off point, if you are not coming from a cruise ship (we were not).

Great tour guides. They were fun, nice and informative. The day was fantastic. All the marine life we saw was incredible. I highly recommend Splash Wave Tours. The water was a little rough but they did not cancel like a few other tours did that day. Safety was always important to them. The staff definitely took care of everyone from ages 3-70. I didn't snorkel and had a great time just relaxing and watching my friend in the water.

Very difficult to contact. Had to go through Viator to get them to contact us back. Then they canceled 30 minutes before picking us up. Another party had canceled, and the tour was below the minimum number, but 30 minutes before pick up, come on

When we finally got there it was nice. Otherwise, there was to much time waste waiting at the port 15 minutes, 12 minutes to check in at the beginning of the pier then 45 minutes standing in the waiting for boat. Then th boats throttle did work correctly and we had to back to the pier for repairs. After approximately 15 minutes we were on our way. The lunch was complete chaos. The one group were charge twice for their meal and our bill could not be found.

The crew provided an amazing experience for my family. They were friendly fun and amazing young men who knew the water and all life living in it. I highly recommend this excursion as it far exceeded my expectations. Thank you and I hope to come back and book with the same crew for another amazing experience.

This adventure was absolutely amazing and so much fun from start to finish! The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the whole experience feel safe and exciting. Seeing the sharks up close was an unforgettable thrill — they were such an awesome sight gliding gracefully through the water! The coral reefs were breathtaking, bursting with color and teeming with marine life. Snorkeling through them felt like swimming in an underwater paradise. The stingrays were gentle and majestic, and interacting with them was such a unique experience. One of the unexpected highlights was a surprise tarpon fish feeding — watching those huge fish leap out of the water was so cool and added an extra dose of excitement to an already incredible day. I highly recommend the Coral Garden Sharks and Stingray Adventure to anyone looking for an unforgettable ocean excursion. You won’t regret it!
