Come and enjoy an unforgettable snorkel with us, we are a company with experience in aquatic activities in the Mexican Caribbean, enjoy an hour submerged in a natural beauty, visit our reef lagoon where we will observe different types of reefs, tropical fish, rays and beautiful turtles in their natural habitat, and help us preserve marine life!
At the end of your tour, if you like to stay a while to enjoy the beach club we have for you, an excellent place with all the services, the only thing you pay for is the food and drinks, if your decision is to return to the port there will be public transportation to take easily

What To Expect
Snorkel in the crystal clear waters of Mahahual costa maya where we will swim on a tour in the water where you will observe tropical fish, different types of reefs, sea turtles and some rays. A guide will be helping you during the activity! If you do not observe the turtle because it lives in its natural habitat, you will be given 20 more minutes of snorkeling.

4.00The instructions for transportation to the excursion were very clear and helpful. Upon arrival at the first stop, we were given ice water. Toucan Tours also provided clean, safe transportation. Upon arrival at the beach to meet the boat, we were greeted by a very nice woman who quickly moved chairs into the shade for us to wait for the boat. My kids enjoyed playing at the beach while we waited. Our tour guides arrived in a timely manner with a boat. I quickly realized they did not speak English, but they tried to understand us. They were helpful in getting the right snorkel gear to us. The wind was blowing terribly that day, and this made for a very strenuous/sea sick experience. Be sure to take Dramamine if you are prone to sickness. The guides certainly cannot control the weather, but an alternative activity would be beneficial in this situation. We asked them to end the tour prematurely. They encouraged us to stop one more time to see turtles, but we declined. This tour would have been perfect on a calm day. We saw so many fish, stingrays, and coral. It was just very hard to enjoy with the waves and stirred up bottom. The tour guide took pictures with a GoPro and they emailed them to us as promised. No complaints about the guides. It would just be beneficial if a translator was offered, as well as an alternative itinerary in the event of bad weather. Upon arrival back at the beach, they offered to let us stay there. They then arranged great transportation back to the cruise terminal. Would give it another try on a calm day.

5.00We had an amazing snorkeling adventure and got to see multiple sea turtles and lots of fish! We had our two smaller children with us age 7 and 8 and they were amazing at helping with them and making sure they were safe and enjoying the adventure! Also got the picture back super fast and they were amazing!
