  The company was great as the driver and guide were excellent and helpful. However and due to reasons beyond their control, the one hour and 15 minutes trip lasted 5 hours. We had been up since 2 AM and being stuck in a bus, hungry and tired, was no fun. I want to stress though that the guide and driver did their best to distract us but unfortunately, the novelty wore off after 2 hours in traffic moving at snail's pace

  Abelardo was our driver for both airport transfers, and he was excellent. He was easy to find outside the terminal, but note that you do need to step just beyond the exit doors to locate him. His vehicle looked exactly like the photos--clean, new, and comfortable. Abelardo was friendly and knowledgeable, giving us great insights about Costa Rica along the way. He even stopped at a small souvenir shop before dropping us off, which was a nice touch. The best part was that his service was about 30% cheaper than what the hotel offered. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend his service.

  The support staff was excellent asking questions and providing information about the region while you wait for your vehicle. The vehicle itself was nice and the driver was very professional. Excellent experience overall!
