Irene was a great guide. She provided us with excellent information and funny and insightful stories. We had ten people and the tour was in both Spanish and English. The whole day was a great experience, from pickup thru hiking and lunch to drop-off. This tour has hiking at high elevation so a moderate level of fitness is required.

It was wonderful to see the changing terrain leading up to Cotopaxi Volcano. Jorge was a great guide encouraging us along the walk up the slopes as we caught our breaths! The meal stops were good choices. Nice adventure!

Cotopaxi is that a very high altitude and you may get altitude sick as we did. It is also very cold and windy and you really do need long underwear, gloves, hat, rain jacket. We would’ve liked to have had Coke tea or candy prior to trying to walk on the slopes at 15,000 feet

Irene was an excellent guide that provided an amazing experience for our group. She flawlessly told jokes and conveyed information in both Spanish and English. Our driver was excellent, the stops for food and snacks were great, and all the activities were very enjoyable. Everyone should take this tour when they visit Ecuador.

Where do I start? Irene, I just wanted to personally thank you for your care and attention to detail on this trip. Im one of the few that got really sick from the high altitude and your professionalism and empathy is what kept me alive. You are an amazing knowledgeable person who kept me engaged and kept me smiling the whole way through. Even when I thought it was over for me, you really stepped up and saved my life today. Your skills as a tour guide are second to none, and your compassion as a human being is matched by your character. Thank you again for everything!

This is a must do tour to go to Cotopaxi national Park. Our tour guide was Irene she was really attentive to all passengers. She did the tour in English and Spanish. She is really knowledgeable about Ecuadorian history. She also talk about Ecuadorian cuisine( I'm a big foodie, so I loved that) Made me feel comfortable while doing the hike. Best tour guide I had on my trip.

We were with Andres and Irene. They were impeccable. I had a lot of difficulty due to the altitude and the guide Irene was crucial to help me with correct breathing and walking tips, allowing me to complete the climb. It is an unforgettable experience. The agency is excellent, transportation with air conditioning and seat belts.
