This is a great experience for those that want to have a little taste of traditional mexican environment with the guidance of Hector. It is a walking tour, the time allows for it to go at your own pace, there is food along the way that is a great break. We loved the traditional taco stand inside a market, we eanted that experience but were a little scared of picking the wrong stand. The attention of Hector was the best and always ready to answer all questions.

Our group of 8 friends took this tour and had a great experience! Led by Hector and Ruben, we learned facts and heard stories about Coyoacan that wouldn’t have gotten anywhere else. It seems most tourists take this so they get access to the Frida Kahlo museum, which is sold out weeks in advance, but we thought every minute before was worth it!

This tour was awesome!!! Hector was an incredible and knowledgeable guide. Explored an area I may not have seen without the door. The food stops were great.

We were the only visitors in this group today. Thanks to Angel we had an excellent walk and he proved to be very knowledgeable and was a good Spanish teacher as well. His choice for lunch was a nice little food court featuring local food - we enjoyed the local version of quesadillas and learned a lot about local food preferences. We ended our visit with a short tour through the Mercado and a slow and gentle visit to the Frida Kahlo house museum. We now know Coyocan much better and we know some little laneways and shops thanks to Angel. 5/5 for sure. Good value for the cost.

This is a nice small group tour to visit Coyoacan and mainly the Frida Kahlo Museum/Casa Azul. The tour itself was light in terms of walking and information, but it was nice nonetheless to have a great tour guide show us around and answer questions. Having lunch in a local market was great, too. Overall this is a good but pricy option to visit the Museum if you couldn't secure tickets through the website. Bonus points for this operator who was communicative via WhatsApp when my party was running late.

We had a lovely visit on our walking tour of Cayocan with Hector. He was extremely knowledgable about the area - both historical and biological. We enjoyed visiting all the major sites and my husband and daughter loved the tacos! A highlight was seeing the little alleyways in the Cayocan neighborhood and visiting the Frida Kahlo museum. If museum tickets are booked and you are looking for a way to get in to see the museum, do not hesitate to book this tour.

We were hoping for a bit more historical context and description but was overall really wonderful. The lunch and dessert spots were excellent!
