Went there spontaneously but everything worked well. Alex is a super friendly and funny guy and you'll definitely have a fun and tasty stay at his place! He as well gets you food and home made cheese wich is delicious!

Truly amazing! Alex was an amazing host and really taught me and my friend (wine novices) so much in the time we spent together :) Learning about the history of the wine while making pleasant conversation with him was truly a highlight of our trip and I cannot recommend enough :)

We went for wine tasting with Alex and had a brilliant experience - he was very knowledgeable, friendly and the perfect host. The wine was phenomenal- we left with 3 bottles to take home. If you’re into wine, into fab cheese and into friendly company - this is the experience for you!

As it was our first day in Crete, my wife and I thought we’d ease into things gently with a civilised wine tasting hosted by a local. We arrived at the venue — which looked more like someone’s office than a vineyard — to find a dinner table set and ready. Slightly confused but curious, we took our seats. Enter Alex, our host, who was immediately warm, witty, and the perfect blend of sommelier and stand-up comic. He broke the ice by asking the all-important question: were we wine buffs or wine duffs? After confessing our loyalties, he chose two reds, two whites, and a rosé to guide us through the world of Cretan wine. What followed was meant to be a one-hour tasting… but quickly spiralled into a riotous, raki-fuelled evening of laughter, new friends, and far too many toasts. I honestly couldn’t tell you a thing about the wine — but I can say with certainty that it was one of the most fun and unexpected nights we’ve had on holiday. Huge thanks to Alex for turning strangers into friends and wine into hilarity. It was a truly unforgettable evening — or at least, the parts I can remember.

This tour was so much fun! I went with three of my friends and we had a blast! We don't know much about wine but were really excited to learn and Alex was so wonderful! He was super informative as well as funny and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Would definitely book again.
