It was a small tour consisting of our party of 4 and another group of 4. Our guide was knowledgeable about the area and was very outgoing and friendly. The food stops were very good and would definetly tour with them again. The tour exceeded other similar tours that we had gone on in the past.

We had an amazing experience on this tour and learned so much about the island’s history, culture, and food. It was engaging, informative, and perfect for our sister hoilday. Our tour guide, Shari, was absolutely incredible knowledgeable, warm, funny, and full of passion for Barbados. She truly made the experience unforgettable. Honestly, her boss should give her a bottle of rum (or two!) because she deserves it for the fantastic job she does. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island!

Lovely day out with our guide Searnia. She was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of all the spots we visited. She was also able to give us lots of info about the food we were eating. You definitely need to bring an empty stomach but everything else is included. Would recommend this tour.

This was a disappointing trip. Started well with two nice food tastings, one the local equivalent of chicken tortillas, which were good, the second at Oistins which was a tasty fish. Then rapidly downhill. The afternoon was a visit to a bakery shop where the food was a pastry, pleasant, but hardly what one was expecting as a culinary experience. The second was a visit to an ice cream shop in a mall. Both hardly great local cuisine. The guide was passable.....but prattled on for the whole day non stop. The redeeming feature was that the tour went round most of the island so that was an added bonus, but as food tasting it was not a great experience, that I would recommend to anyone.

This was a nice tour! Shari was a great host/guide with lots of energy. We had good food, drinks, and desserts. I now know where to return to whenever I come back to Barbados. The only negative was the tiny suv. There were 4 in the group with one person being over 6ft tall and another person having to keep climbing out of the very back.

The tour was fantastic. Shari, our tour guide was professional, knowledgeable and kind. The way the tour was structured was great. Each town we stopped in featured great Bajan food dishes, from appetizers to dessert. We even stopped at a local bakery. Shari, seemed to know many of the locals by first name which added to our experience. We highly recommend Shari should you decide to book this tour.

We planned the 4 City Food Tour a month before we left and planned it early in our trip. It was the best decision! Shari, our tour guide was the best! She was informative, shared history, and pointed out sites along the way. We made 4+ stops and stopped at the best bakery and ice cream shop on the way back! If you book, ask for Shari!! We rented a car, and now have a great feel for the island and where to go all thanks to Shari!

We had a great time! Shari was so great. She was friendly, knowledgeable, generous with her time and went out of her way to show us everything we inquired about! Our food stops were great and we had leftovers! We highly recommend the tour and highly recommend Shari!
