What To Expect
Coastal tour on the open sea about 10 minutes, Scenic tour about 35 min on the calm water of the exclusive Spanish water lagoon with its exclusive houses, yachts and mangrove islands, snorkel about 45 minutes at the sunken tugboat that sunk many years ago in the Caracasbay. For Cruise passengers the tour lasts about 3 hours including pick up and briefing and preparation.

2.00Showed up late to pick up, did not have me or my husband on the list the person had to ask another tour person to take us to the meeting place because there was no room in his car. Life vests literally falling apart, jet skis ok, put in a boat to go snorkeling that was meant for 4-6 people and there was 8 of us in the group tied up next to a larger boat we had to swim around it and the water was really rough and you could not see around the other boat if someone got in trouble and couldn’t swim back the boat operator could not see them.
Get less time than what you pay for!

2.00Jet ski rented and paid for 45 min. but 30 min. may use. Only when we said something about this and had to get a little angry was something done with it! No perk or compensation, that's too much to ask. They still need to learn how to deal with your customers in a customer-oriented way, which will bring the customers back to your organization. So be careful if you get the actual time you pay for, tip keeps an eye on your time on your phone. In addition, they also have CCTV footage where they can see this for themselves. Moreover, poor explanation, little clarity about the tour beforehand. Unfortunately you were not allowed to sail very fast with the jet ski and had to take it very easy on many parts. Finally, it seemed as if the tour guide didn't feel like working, very unfortunate if you are on holiday and pay a fairly large amount to be allowed to use this.

5.00Very nice jet ski tour. Calmly sailed to the open sea to practice controlling the jet ski. Sailing over the high waves on the open sea and then looking at the beautiful nature, yachts and beautiful houses on the Spanish water. On the Spanish water you get plenty of opportunities to make nice turns and speed over the water. Then back across the rough open sea and moor quietly. The guide kept a close eye on those left behind and ensured that everyone could participate in the tour at their own level. I had a very nice tour.
