What To Expect
We will start at Mossman Gorge National Park, which is the southern part of the Daintree Rainforest. Your guide will share their knowledge of the local flora and fauna with you and answer any questions you may have. This is an easy 500m return walk mostly along boardwalks. We enjoy a delicious Morning Tea at the Mossman Gorge Visitors Centre. Your choice of plunger coffee or Daintree Tea with a traditional damper served with jam, honey and cream.

Next we head along the Captain Cook Hwy through the township of Mossman and past the cane fields up to the Daintree Rainforest.

5.00We really enjoyed this tour. It was fast paced and we got to see a lot. Our tour guide, Matt, kept everyone entertained the whole time. Morning tea was great and lunch was good too. The ice cream stop was one of the highlights. It was a small group of 9 people and the whole experience felt very intimate and informative. Learned a lot about the rainforest. We also got to see one crocodile during our river cruise. Would highly recommend.
Best visit to the oldest rain forest on the planet.

5.00Such an enjoyable and informative tour. Our guide, Andrea, was a wealth of knowledge and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere whereby the passengers were able to get to know each other. He was such a delight! We were a small group of 9 total. Andrea made sure we were getting what we wanted out of this tour. It was a relaxed and leisurely pace. And thanks to Ken at Martinique on Macrossan for making the booking arrangements on our behalf.

5.00So many highlights throughout the day. The Morning Tea at the Mossman Gorge Visitors Centre was absolutely amazing, kids loved it too. Cooper Creek was beautiful and the Daintree River Cruise was also a highlight. Cape Tribulation was amazing to see, very picturesque. The kids and adults all thought the ice cream from the Daintree Ice Cream Company was the best ever tasted. Perfectly put together itinerary.

5.00We were very grateful to have Peer as our driver and guide. He was an absolute wealth of knowledge. We particularly loved the mangrove boardwalk and learnt so much about mangroves, ecosystems and the insects and birds and other creatures that are found in these places.
