What To Expect
We will start at Mossman Gorge National Park, which is the southern part of the Daintree Rainforest. Your guide will share their knowledge of the local flora and fauna with you and answer any questions you may have. This is an easy 500m return walk mostly along boardwalks. We enjoy a delicious Morning Tea at the Mossman Gorge Visitors Centre. Your choice of plunger coffee or Daintree Tea with a traditional damper served with jam, honey and cream.

Next we head along the Captain Cook Hwy through the township of Mossman and past the cane fields up to the Daintree Rainforest.

5.00We did the full day Daintree experience including Mossman Gorge, crocodile river cruise and Cape Tribulation The day was well planned with not to much time spent in the bus between stops Our tour guide Matthew was excellent, very knowledgeable and an eye to spot wildlife and added some humour into the day We had a gret day out, thank you

We particularly loved the mangrove boardwalk and learnt so much about mangroves, ecosystems and the insects and birds and other creatures that are found in these places. 5.00Daniel was amazing throughout the day and was a wealth of knowledge about the local animals and plants. The rainforest was stunning to see, and even if this tour doesn’t allot for a ton of time in each location, it was more than my husband and I could’ve seen on our own.

5.00I did the full day Daintree tour with Daniel and it was amazing. We hit all the spots and the day flew by. Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable and his love and enthusiasm for the area was contagious. I was apprehensive about a full day tour but I’m so glad I did it. Absolutely recommend. Book ahead.

He pointed out various insects, plants and animals. Daniel has great people skills as he made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. 5.00This was a great day tour eith so much packed in. Walks through the rainforest, beaches, gorges and the boat ride. Wow we all had a blast. John our tour guide was really great, he was so informative and had a great sense of humour. Absolutely recommend this tour.
