What To Expect
Ljubljana Old Town
After an hour and a half of driving through Croatian and Slovenian countryside and hearing all the info. about Slovenia life and culture we arrive in Ljubljana. On arrival, you will go on the orientation walking tour. Climb up to Ljubljana castle with the funicular, explore the city walls, and admire the views of the Julian Alps in the distance. Our guide has all the local insights and handy tips to leave you wanting to explore some more. The guide will show the major sites and give you some history and cultural lessons along the way. When the walking tour finishes you will have a deeper understanding of Ljubljana's landmarks and more confidence navigating on your own for the next 2 hours of your free time.
Julian Alps
Capture the spirit of magical Lake Bled, from the hustle and bustle of Ljubljana to an image of paradise, all that in just 30 min drive. Bled Castle and Lake are sitting on the edge of the Triglav National Park located in the Julian Alps. There is so much to do at Bled, especially during the tourist season. It is impossible to see and experience everything in one afternoon, this is why your guide will help you organize time according to your preferences.

Lake Bled was magical in person—the calm water, the charming island church, and the breathtaking views from the castle made it feel like a real-life fairytale. Our guide, Marin, truly made the experience exceptional. He was incredibly kind, very prompt, and impressively informative throughout the entire journey. His deep knowledge of Slovenia’s history, culture, and hidden gems added so much richness to the trip, and his warm personality made everyone feel welcome and well cared for. Ljubljana was the perfect final stop. The city is beautiful on its own, but visiting during the Christmas season made it absolutely unforgettable. The Christnas market was glowing with festive lights, charming stalls, delicious treats, and a cozy holiday atmosphere. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough—perfectly organized, paced well, and enriched by an outstanding guide. If you’re visiting Slovenia, this day trip is a must!

5.00Had a wonderful day travelling solo as my husband was ill. Felt comfortable the whole day and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Marin our guide and driver was sensational and a wealth of knowledge. Having free time at both locations was great. Ljubljana was beautiful and the drive from there to Bled was stunning with the snow capped mountains in front of us.

5.00This tour was amazing! We really enjoyed visiting Ljubljana and Lake Bled. Ljubljana was a very clean and beautiful village. The day we went there was a wine festival. We took the funicular to the top of the mountain and toured the castle. The sausage was delicious! Lake Bled was stunning. We toured that castle way up high on the cliff. The views were stunning. Of course we tried the famous Lake Bled Cake! Our tour guide, Dado, was a wealth of information! He was a definite pro at giving us this tour. I highly recommend this tour!!!

5.00Brilliant trip, well worth doing, Dado was great and it was a full day, nearly 12 hours based on traffic, Lake Bled is absolutely amazing and should be on everyone's bucket list, Ljubljana is a must visit, such a lovely town, the two visits on this trip should not be missed, it was one of the highlights of our Croatia trip. It does look on the surface expensive, but when you actually do it you can see why it is expensive. Dado was great and knew all the historical facts and was very easy to talk to.

5.00The tour from Zagreb to Slovenia was very nice. The capitals of Ljubljana and Bret Lake had completely different atmospheres, and I was able to taste both to the fullest. The knowledge of the guides was extensive and they answered any questions, they gave us appropriate advice and we had a very meaningful time. I am Japanese and I am not very good at English, but he spoke easy-to-understand English, so I think I was able to follow him. It is also recommended for Japanese people. We will use it again if we have the opportunity.
