I’m traveling solo and decided to do a day tour from Kandy to learn more about the area and do some hiking. Adhil picked me up from my accommodation in the morning and we spent the whole day together exploring, hiking and laughing :) He is very knowledgeable and fun and offered to stop anywhere along the way. He suggested that we hike Pidurangala and I’m so glad we did! It wasn’t too busy and the view was gorgeous! I would definitely recommend booking with Aaliya - it was informative, easy and fun and I’m lucky to have had the best guide and now friend! Thank you, Adhil!!

This tour was so much more than I expected. Adil took me on several stops including an Ayurvedic herb garden, a Hindu temple, as well as Dambulla and Pidurangala. Even with all the stops, I never felt rushed and enjoyed each site for as long as I pleased. The highlight was definitely hiking up to the top of Pidurangala and spending a good chunk of time just admiring the view and enjoying the peace and quiet from a vantage point far above the fray. Adil was such a delightful guide (and very safe driver). It was such a pleasure chatting with him and learning about the life, customs, and history of Sri Lanka. I would definitely recommend this tour.
