The Cemetery Church of All Saints with the Ossuary
Set out to explore this historic city on foot, starting by the Sedlec Ossuary. Learn how the town grew after the establishment of the Sedlec Monastery, a sanctuary for Cistercian monks, in the 12th century. Head inside the Sedlec Ossuary and gape at the macabre, bone-made interior. Inspect the chandelier and furnishings made entirely from human bones, and hear how the interior contains the skeletons of around 40,000 people. As you take in the bone creations, you’ll understand completely why the ossuary draws flocks of visitors.

5.00Absolutely fantastic. In 6 short hours, we took a train from Prague to Kutna Hora, then a city bus, then a walking tour of Kutna Hora, then a tour of the Bone Church, then a tram and train ride back to Prague. Our guide Karel was outstanding, giving us the history of St. Barbara's Church and the political background of the country. Highly recommend!

5.00The day trip was great. Pavel was very knowledgeable and provided us with history about the different places along our walk. We stopped for lunch at a local restaurant, very good food. I would recommend this trip if you’re looking for something to do in a day near Prague.

5.00Our guide Pavel was absolutely fantastic. There was a train delay at the beginning which meant it was a rush to get our connecting train to Kutna Hora. Pavel ran ahead and quite literally stopped the train as it was leaving so we didn’t have to walk. Absolute legend. He really added to the experience with his narration of the tour and his efficiency with transport and organising our lunch ahead so it was ready for us on arrival. Absolutely brilliant experience and anyone who gets Pavel as a tour guide will not be disappointed.

5.00One of the highlights of our trip! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and we had such a great time seeing the many beautiful sights! Highly recommend you do this tour. The 'lunch' time you are provided to wander freely and get food is a bit misleading - only had 20-30 minutes - other attendees had to get their food to go! But Gaby did a great job keeping us on track and getting through the public transit options.

5.00The knowledge provided on each stop was great! Oliver was very friendly and seems like he made time to stop and chat with every person. The train situation was a little chaotic as they double booked some of our seats but Oliver made it work! Recommend doing this tour early into your visit to Prague as he gave great guides and recommendations for your stay!

5.00This day trip was great and the perfect amount of time. It was very refreshing to get outside of Prague and see somewhere new. The commute wasn’t too long and was fairly easy. Our guide Oliver was not only informational, and very entertaining, he was very clear with communication so that everything was very easy and no one was confused. I really enjoyed his enthusiasm and zest for what we does. The lunch spot he recommended was also very good and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this tour. Thanks Oliver!

1.00The tour was supposed to begin at 9:30 at the train station. The train didn’t leave until 10:15. We rode on two trains and two busses and walked to get to the Bone Church where we spent less than 30 minutes. Then we had a long walk and spent 30 minutes at St. Barbara’s Church. Then we had another long walk and had a one hour lunch in a nice restaurant that we paid for. Then another long walk back to the train station. We arrived back in Prague at 4:00 pm. The Bone Church was very interesting, but please know you will be traveling 4.5 hours.
