I can only comment here that the guide booked for our trip, Nvard, was very professional (and would be worth a 5* review). She first contacted us a coupe of days before our planned trip to say that there had been heavy snow on a high pass on the road south towards Tatev. The day before she let us know that there was still a possibility that the trip would be cancelled She offered an alternative date but we already had plans for our stay in Yerevan. Later she sent a message saying we would be able to go ahead. Unfortunately, on the day of our trip she had to cancel the trip to Tatev as it was not possible to clear drifting snow on another pass. This was disappointing but clearly outside Nvard's control. She had to consider our safety when making this decision. Nvard reported the cancellation to Viator and told us thay would be in contact to arrange a full refund. Alas, not contact or refund to my card account (0* for Viator)

It was unforgettable and comfortable tour. Every monastery was awesome. And Nvard is a very knowledgeable guide, taught me very detail history of Armenian religion and responded my detail requests. I specially recommend to join this tour for person who don't have time. because,It's quite difficult to visit Tatev in a day by myself.

Our recent trip to Armenia was wonderful all because of our guide,Nvard & her husband, Tigran. The prompt service and details of the history of Tatev could not have been better! Nvard is a person focused on high levels of customer service, takes any & all questions that you have & provides a passion of the Armenian history & culture. She is efficient in that not only did we get Tatev, we also experienced Khor Virap, Areni winery, Halidzor Village, a wonderful Armenian meal she set up locally and a visit at sunset to Noravank monastery. Bring walking shoes, camera, and be prepared for a lifetime of memories & the pleasure of new found friends in Armenia- Nvard and Tigran.
