4.00The experience was good. I wish it had been communicated to us ahead of time about the different options of activities that we could do in Grindelwald because I would have planned my other days in Switzerland a bit differently.

2.00We didn't enjoy this tour for the following reasons: - 1) There was nothing to do once you're taken to the villages but sit, eat and shop. We had done so much of this during our holiday that by the time we got to this tour we were over it. 2) These villages were pretty but after seeing one beautiful village they all look the same after a while. 3) I booked an English speaking guide and got one who spoke many languages and English was not his priority 4) The bus was so full we had to sit on the back seat. This isn't a problem but when you're literally the last to get off the bus and then find the tour guide has buggered off and didn't bother waiting for the whole group to get off the bus and leave together. Doesn't make you feel valued. Never again

4.00The tour it easy to check off multiple Swiss highlights in one day. Only complaint would be the bus was extremely hot and when requested for temp control bus driver started he could do nothing about it. This was enhanced when we got stuck in traffic for 45 min. delay.Please note the driver was amazing as well as the guides.

4.00It was a great way to experience the different villages of Switzerland. We are glad we did it. Unfortunately, we felt rushed in every single stop and could barely get out and enjoy the sights before we had to rush to return to the bus pickup area. However, this is still a GREAT value in terms of the cost to take transportation to the individual (or even one) locations from Lucerne (which is where we got picked up).

5.00Fantastic day with the tour guide Alexander and the bus driver Alexis. Great explaination on each of the sites we saw, plenty of time given at each spot and clear times to be back at the bus for the next stop. Very well organised. Alexander knows his history and made it very interesting. Would do another tour with this pair of guys again. Well worth it! We did the option for Mt First and you paid on the bus before getting to Grindelwald. Once there Alexander went and picked up the tickets so there were no lines for us to wait in. Didn’t take long to get a cable car and plenty of time to explore each place. Incredible day to visit! If you haven’t got time to stay in the Swiss alps then this is a good way to dip your toes in so you know where you want to explore more next time. Thanks for having us.
