5.00A long day on the road well travelled! The villages are not the main attractions as are the views from the bus and surrounding those villages. Breathtaking landscapes of the Swiss Alps. The tour guides and the driver were great. Only one frustrating point: we were reminded a few times to be at the meeting point - at least - 15 minutes earlier. As it happens with most trips, usually, there’s someone with a roster greeting tourists while waiting for the bus. Not this time. The bus arrived 5 minutes late. When I contacted the Viator )or whoever sold us the tickets), they replied with a phone number to call to inquire instead of an update such as: the bus is in its way or it’s arriving a few minutes late. Poor communication and a bit disorganized.

4.00It’s a 12 hour day with lots of walking. Comfortable bus, knowledgeable tour guide. Time allowances in each city were unequal. Only 1 hr at Lauterbrunnen and saw 2 waterfalls, 4 hours in Grindelwald and if didn’t ride gondola wasn’t much to do. Guide didn’t give alternate suggestions. We ended up just walking up and down the same area. Maybe I should have asked but it was very rushed to get others their gondola tickets and then guide was gone with them. Very disappointed in that part of the trip . Interlaken was beautiful but only had 1 hr 20 minutes there. Beautiful country!

4.00Great tour but a very long day. Tour company is not able to accommodate those with limited ability to walk. This was surprising to me, but we were told that the country does not allow them to park anywhere except for large parking lots.

2.00We didn't enjoy this tour for the following reasons: - 1) There was nothing to do once you're taken to the villages but sit, eat and shop. We had done so much of this during our holiday that by the time we got to this tour we were over it. 2) These villages were pretty but after seeing one beautiful village they all look the same after a while. 3) I booked an English speaking guide and got one who spoke many languages and English was not his priority 4) The bus was so full we had to sit on the back seat. This isn't a problem but when you're literally the last to get off the bus and then find the tour guide has buggered off and didn't bother waiting for the whole group to get off the bus and leave together. Doesn't make you feel valued. Never again
