3.00Don't expect the covered car pictured . If I wouldn't have made this assumption, I wouldn't have booked the tour in 30 degree rainy weather. It was disappointing to see a group actually getting into a covered car and my group directed to the uncovered . All the cars should be covered in the winter . Please remove the covered car in your promo pictures or disclose it's not a guarantee.

2.00The driver was knowledgeable but had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand, but very nice and accommodating. We were in DC in December and knew it might be cold. So we booked this trip because it showed an e-cart with plastic sides to pull up or down to shield us from cold or wind and we booked it in the afternoon to try and avoid some cold. We dressed according to having an e-cart with the plastic sides. When we arrived to the destination the e-cart was NOT what was pictured or rented. It did not have any sides so when we were driving to the monuments the wind was unbearable. We did not dress for the wind from the driving because we thought we would be shielded. If I knew we were going to get this e-cart i wouldn’t have booked it and taken an enclosed bus. Recommend this booking ONLY in mild weather.

1.00The photo of the vehicle was different than what showed up. We ended up in an open air golf cart type vehicle and it was very cold that night. There were three blankets for four rows and about 10 people. The driver was fifteen minutes late. Because he didn’t take into account the Christmas tree celebration at the White House, there were two stops we didn’t get to see. My seatbelt refused to unlock and I had to squirm to get out of the vehicle. Lastly, I learned that other passengers paid $23 less than the people in my party did.

2.00Our driver was 15 minutes late. The photo of the car showed that it had covered sides. The vehicle we got was totally open which was a) not as advertised b) it was 35 degrees & freezing. There were road closures because of the National Tree Lighting & the driver seemed completely unaware this was happening. We also became aware that other passengers paid just $35 for this tour while we paid $62. It was completely not worth the cost.
