Our tour begins near St. Stephen’s Green at The Rolling Donut, one of Dublin’s original doughnut shops. From there, we'll make our way down to past the Luke Kelly statue to George's Street, where we'll talk about the Vikings and Dublin Castle. At our second stop, we’ll try some traditional Irish churros. Believe me, churros might not be traditional to Dublin, but these churros are delicious nonetheless. After crossing the River Liffey and taking in the beautiful sites along the river, we’ll make our third stop at the Hot Donut. Walking back up O'Connoll street, we'll look at the history of the 1916 Rising. Lastly, but certainly not least, we'll be stopping at OffBeat Donuts on Westmoreland street. We hope you can join us on our doughnut adventure.

We look forward to hosting you soon!

Patrick was a very fun time and has a great humor about him. My favorite donut was the final one, I had a unique donut called the Happy Hippo which I’ve never seen at any other donut shop!

This tour was an enjoyable way to spend an afternoon in Dublin. Despite the inevitable Dublin rain, the Underground Donut Tour provided a good opportunity to learn history and see sites while tasting local treats. Our guide, Erin, did a great job, seamlessly blending history, culture, and site-seeing as we walked between stops. They were knowledgeable and kept the pace comfortable. We got to sample a wide variety of tasty donuts—each stop offered something unique and enjoyable. A definite highlight was The Rolling Donut, which provided a particularly strong selection. A great way to combine food tasting and sightseeing. I'd definitely consider booking another Underground Donut Tour in the future.

We have done walking and food tours all over the world. We love them. The most important part of a tour is the guide, and Erin was amazing in every way. She is witty and informed, and clearly has a real passion for and knowledge of Dublin's history and workings. Sure, the donuts are great, but what you are getting here is really an entertaining overview of the important elements of Dublin's history and what makes it tick today. The donut stops are just enough of a sweet break to keep the history from ever going too long. Donuts are a good sweet for this purpose, because there is such a vareity of flavors. And donut expertise is essential because Erin really helped us choose the best from a vast selection of flavors. Erin also gave us great suggestions for other things to do, and places to eat, drink, or see music, which is important in a city like Dublin. Dublin can be overwhelming. There is so much to see and so much going on. It can also feel over-touristed and "packaged" to the point that it's hard to understand the city or know if you are getting the best out of it. But after our tour with Erin, we really felt we knew the city better and felt far better informed about what to do with the rest of our time. We left happy, amused, informed, and on top of all that full of some delicious baked goods. What's not to love.

What a fun idea!! History sprinkled with donut stops made for a perfect afternoon with my 2 grandchildren on midterm break. Erin did a fantastic job- I’m a Dubliner but I learned lots of interesting facts so it’s not just a “tourist” tour. Erin made the tour fun and obviously has a passion for history. The kids were talking about what they learned when we visited the Museum the following day! And of course the donuts were delicious!!

The tour was a great for the family. Jody was a great tour guide very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to entertain my 4 and 8 year old and keep them engaged. The donuts were very fresh and had a lot of different choices of flavors.
