1.00The hotel had not received the booking from Tripadvisor, kept us waiting for 30mins , unable to find booking or reference number . The cake was 90% cream , no substance to it . . It was a waste of money , felt as though we were sitting in a Mall . Very disappointing. Would not recommend this experience to any one .

3.00The International buffet was good, but at $110/person, pretty expensive. No one offered if we wanted to purchase a glass of wine. We did get the cappuccino with the gold leafs. That was cool! I would recommend you do the cheaper option and just get the cappuccino. The inside of the palace is very lovely!

5.00in own initiative to the hotel, there at the reception Le Café had been received, voucher shown, a beautiful table assigned and then very nicely served. All around very great impression, so nothing to complain about.

3.00Unfortunately, the cappuccino is not worth the money. You sit in a café in the middle of the Emirates Palace and hordes of noisy groups of visitors pass by. Feeling we were on min. 100 photos, because everyone takes pictures. We would have imagined it to be a bit more "elitist" for the price. If it cost half, it would be okay. The café/cocoa and the cake were also average in taste at most. That's better. Not necessarily recommended!

1.00I thought this would be a magical evening and the venue was that, the food was delicious. My revue has been massively down graded due to the fact I have been ripped off and nobody likes that 🙃 I paid £177 & the experience was not THAT value so I googled it and its more £120 cost ! I have photo evidence and feel that I have been abused.

3.00The Palace was incredible, but the booking was completely unaccomodating, as I tried to cancel 2 of the bookings, as my Brother in law had surgery and my Sister stayed with him at the hospital, so they couldn't attend. Then when we got to the restaurant I was told I should have canceled their bookings. This was extremely frustrating as this activity was very expensive. I also paid for the whole cappuccino experience, which we never got. Very disappointed and will never recommend this tour to anyone. Rather call directly, book and then pay when you get there.
