The guide Sebastian was such a nice person, and knowledgeable too .. this was the very first day trip I took during my mobth-long Argentina and Chile trip and it was an absolutely amazing start! Though I don't speak or even understand Spanish at all, I booked the Spanish version of the trip in order to save cost and Sebastian very kindly explained little bit of history of Cerro Tronador to me and Anna (another tourist from my group, an English lady with almost no understanding of Spanish) which made the beautiful landscape come alive. I absolutely recommend this tour to both Spanish and English tourists!!! Bariloche is anyhow extremely beautiful and the people are very friendly and helpful too.

The trip was cancelled due to a forest fire, how disappointing! The driver did take us to another National Park, but it wasn’t what we were expecting.

The guide's English was not perfect but he did his utmost to explain both in English and Spanish what we were seeing. Beautiful views, great guide!!!

True to previous reviews, this a long day on a bus. But still - worth the trip. We had changeable weather but overall nice. Beautiful scenery!! More time off the bus would be nice. We reserved an English tour. Most of the clients were Spanish-speaking (as was someone in our party). About 20% of the tour was translated and the other clients talked throughout the English parts so it was impossible to hear. Very rude and disappointing. (Sit up front - maybe?). I read about Tronador on-line after the tour and there was just so much to learn - but not from our guide. Still you should not miss the experience because it is particularly unique. Food situation was confusing - but inexpensive and good. Bathroom situation was limited.

  • Eye opener!

Not able to hear the ice cracking too many people talking, not enough time at the area and too many buses at same time. Wonderful view. Wish tourists would be more appreciative of the beauty in front of them. Thanks
