5/5. Absolutely awesome. Book it, without hesitation. Super tour from Jose who is so passionate it shines through and is infectious. We didn’t want to leave. The tour flies by as Jose recalls fabulous history and demonstrates beautiful architecture. Learned so much about the culture, history, family & food!! Would highly recommend if you are visiting Puerto Rico

Jose was fantastic! My sister and I are here visiting Puerto Rico for the first time. We searched for tours of Old San Juan, and this one caught our eye. We can say that we 100% made a great choice with Jose! First off, it was a small group, so it seemed very personal. You can tell Jose is so incredibly connected to and passionate about Puerto Rico's history, and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with us. He spent extra time answering our questions, being attentive to our group's needs, and above all, Jose was caring and kind. I would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to stroll though Old San Juan and learn Puerto Rico history from the real deal.

As a history buff this was one of the best tours I have ever done! The guide was phenomenally knowledgeable and truly enjoyed sharing his knowledge while remaining neutral, sociopolitically. I left this tour truly feeling educated on how San Juan became San Juan. The pace was perfect we were able to remain mostly on the shade to avoid the heat. If you have any interest in history this is a must-do!

Our tour guide, Dr. José Morales, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared the city’s rich history with both passion and professionalism. His perspective as a local and historian made the entire experience engaging and educational. Not only was the tour affordable, but it also set the perfect tone for the rest of our trip. I highly recommend doing this on your first or second day, it gives you a great grasp of the city’s layout and deepens your appreciation for Old San Juan.
