1.00We booked this tour at the last minute…about 8a and was told we were able to book until 10a for a 1p tour. The tour guide didn’t show up. They said they emailed me, but they didn’t. I had my iPhone with me and was checking constantly. I finally found a phone number to call…and they told me they couldn’t make it. Very frustrating when I only had one day in San Juan. I will add that I received a confirmation number as well which said something to the effect of “You are confirmed”. The reviews are wonderful for the tour….just be sure to not book at the last minute. Shame on me for not booking in advance but a warning to other travelers.
