5.00I would highly recommend this activity. The grotto was awesome, but the customer service from our guide was superb. Alfredo was our guide; he was knowledgeable, kind, patient, polite… too many good things to list here. Recommend 100%. If possible, request for Alfredo to be your guide. You will not regret it!
