With this agency I took several tours so I will tell you my experience of each one: *Auroras* Before taking this type of tour you have to be aware that this is a natural phenomenon and is not something that can be controlled, I scheduled 5 days of sighting and we only saw them for 3 days, but they were completely worth it, there are also moments where you are They are not visible and that is out of the control of the agency and its guides. The tour is in a remote center of the city where they take you on the agency's buses, the tour takes about an hour, I recommend going very warm since the temperature can drop a lot during the night, they have a cabin, a tipi and a yurt where you can stay to not get cold and they offer you hot drinks (coffee, tea and chocolate) along with cookies, in the cabin there are board games and they also show you films or documentaries about the Yukon territory. I was almost not inside since the auroras do not have a defined time and can appear and disappear in minutes, so it is advisable to be outside if you want to see them. If you can, I recommend bringing a small flashlight since due to the sighting of the auroras there are no lights outside the cabin and you can trip in the snow, a small lamp can help you walk through the terrain. You also have to know that the auroras have degrees of sighting (The Kp index 0 to 9) and the human eye does not distinguish them at the lowest levels but the cameras do, the agency has a service where the guides take photos of you and you can buy them at the end of your trip. They can also help you configure your cell phone to take photos if they have the necessary functions. It is well worth taking the aurora tour but what I recommend is to go for as many days as possible as this increases your chances of seeing them. *Wildlife Reserve* It must be clarified that this place is not a Zoo, many of the species that are here are rescued and have a large space so they will not always be within sight of visitors, you have to be patient to see them. The paths are beautiful and allow you to take very beautiful photos of nature, they have a small store where you can buy postcards, mugs, sweatshirts and stuffed animals of various animals at good prices, I recommend buying the stuffed animals there since in the rest of my trip I didn't see these items in any other store. The tour is done on the agency's bus and you only walk in some sections, but it is quiet, the landscapes are beautiful when there is snow. Both walks are highly recommended if what you are looking for is to admire the beautiful landscapes that Whitehorse offers you. Arctic Range truly provides excellent service.

Arctic Range had terrible service, we have rented to them winter clothes, for more than $250cad per person, the snow boots didn’t fit for my wife, the tour guide that gave us the clothing took us to the store they rented the clothes (40% cheaper) but the store was closed for 2 of the 3 rented days, he told us we couldn't do anything… his name was Leo, the third day when we went to the store continued closed, when we had a big complain at the office, Jessica told you should let me know earlier, we did it, through the tour guide…. Between they were finger pointing one to each other…. Finally they were able to open the store for us and we changed the boots. I normally write good reviews when I received a great service, this is the first time I write a bad review, just because the bad customer service and attention I received. There are some other options to hire a tour, if I were you, I would consider those other options if you want to have a good service.

Pascal was friendly, helpful and professional. He really made our experience the best - helped with camera settings so we could get the best shots. The viewing station was perfect - we could get inside to warm up as needed but still have plenty of outdoor time (and space) for watching the lights.
