I offer visitors the opportunity to learn about the world of olive oil, from plant cultivation to milling, from the point of view of our company, in business since 1949. Along with this it will be possible for guests to taste the gastronomic specialties of Gargano, not only oil, but also a choice of wines, cheeses and other products. At the request of those interested you can also visit our olive grove, where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation in the shade of our old trees!

Snacks
To the guests who will honor us with a visit, I would like to illustrate the reality of olive oil, some of the main cultivars of our region and agricultural techniques related to the plant, as well as the technique of processing the olives in the mill. Subsequently I will propose a presentation of the company starting from its first years up to the present. At the same time I will offer the opportunity to taste our oil, even in its flavored variants, along with other specialties from the Gargano and a choice of local wines. After the tastings I will introduce the guests to some hints on the culinary combinations of oil.

Pier was truly an amazing guide. His passion and love for olive oil growing, harvesting, and processing was contagious. We learned more than expected and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

A fantastic experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend. Having met Pierluigi we jumped into his car and headed to the olive grove five minutes away. There we learnt how olive trees are pruned to maximise yield, how the soil is tendered and how challenging it is to be an organic producer in the modern agricultural world. A superb experience and perfectly delivered in English before back to his production plant for a home cooked meal prepared together with his mother. The food was accompanied by a glass of local white wine and I've have less accomplished meals in Michellin stared restaurants - it was that good. A brilliant and quite unique experience just outside the beautiful town of Vieste. Do not miss out book today!

We had a brilliant time with Pier, soaking in his knowledge and experience in organic processes of keeping his olive groves. We are grateful to have walked amongst Pier’s beautiful trees, hundreds of years old, to have learned of the work he puts in to them, and to hear of his sense of responsibility he holds towards the planet, and to the health of our bodies. He is generous with his time and his sharing. To top it all off, Anna prepared us extraordinary plates of food, accommodating our dietary requests.

We had a great time doing the ‘olive oil’ tour , we started with Pier ( the owner) in his beautiful olive tree grove. The trip to it and the grove itself would have made it already very memorable. Pier explained very clearly how to grow olives environmentally friendly and sustainable but also economically. His enthusiasm and his passion for his work is very contagious. The excellent dinner , wine and discussion back at his home provided an unforgettable finish to a tour, we can wholeheartedly recommend! Ed and Robert

From the moment we contacted Pierluigi he was so responsive and inviting! The love for his family and his history of the olive groves and his trees comes through as we were greeted on his family’s property and the production of such a quality olive oil. The addition of traditional Puglian food and care from his Mother was a very special touch and made our evening feel like we were family. We highly recommend this experience!!
