It was very disappointing. The glass bottom boat is not true. It has to small perspex sections in it and they are dirty and scratched. Unable to see anything as the vessel doesn't only stops twice and very short periods. People fell asleep on the trip as it was so boring. It's far from international standards that I have been on in the past.

The island should be called bird or pelican NOT penguin, there was not 1 in site & from what the tour guide said there hasn't been many at all of late due to it being the wrong season for them but also their numbers have dropped over past years due to human interaction. Which then brings me to a point of is the tourist dollar worth losing a species of wildlife?

The sea lions and dolphins tour is definitely worth it. Forget penguin island: since they are fairy penguins, you can only see them at night. The tour is during the day and only talks about penguins you can't see.

Penguin discovery centre has been removed from the island. We where left stranded on the island as they did not operate a return ferry to the advertised schedule. We were left there with no lunch and no way of getting back for another 2 hours.

First of all,the boat that we used should have a glass floor so we can see fish, when I got to the office lady told me that boat is with mechanics and we will use normal boat - nothing about any refund or that we can rebook. Secondly, don't even think that you will see penguins - yes it is a penguin's island but during the day they out in the sea,but the company doesn't say anything about that in the advertisement. The sealions you can see they from faraway. If you are lucky you can spot delfins. Really disappointed
