Be prepared if unforseen consequences affect your tour with this company. We booked over a month in advance but unknown to us, there is currently a railway strike that has grounded most trains out of Porto and I'm not sure if other areas of the country are affected as well. We reached out to this company 3 hours before the tour, once we were at the train station and found out that there was no train service available, and they never answered the phone or replied to our messages, and once they did, after several hours, they were not helpful at all. I do understand that the railway strike is "beyond their control" but it's also beyond my control as well, and I get that they "need to pay their providers" but at least offer options or some help. Very disappointed and would not recommend at all. Yes I can read your cancelation policy but a railway strike I would say is force majeure. I hope folks that were affected by the electricity outage a few days back did not run into the same response from this company.

We really enjoyed our day trip. There were only (4) in our group. Started the day with the boat trip. Guide was new and reading off his phone. Rain held off so that was a plus. Visit to Quinta da Carvalhosa was an amazing drive and photo opportunities. Christophine (Our guide) was excellent and very patient. Tried three table wines, all solid wines. Lunch was a a typical Portuguese restaurant. Food was tasty but not fancy. Last tour was at Croft. Three ports were good but nothing special. Doubt we drove more than 5- miles the whole day. Wineries were right around Pinhao. Would recommend to friends for a great way to experience the area. Finished with a tour of the tiles at the train station.

Deanna was a great tour guide. My daughter and I enjoyed the tour. Pinhao is a beautiful area. We learned more about Port and tasted wonderful wines.

A great day in and around Pinhao. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The tours and port wine and varietal wine tastings as two wineries were great. Local restaurant for lunch was delicious.
