With the instructions of the chef, you will be making your own mexican appetizers and cocktails. Keep in mind all recipes are signature cocktails and appetizers of Chef Coty´s life experiences as a chef!
You start off by making one cocktail, while enjoying it, you will do your first appetizer. When finished, you will be making another cocktail and appetizer..
And then one more round!
It is a full meal, so do not have dinner before coming!

What To Expect
Our cocktail and appetizer class is meant for you to learn, but mostly to have fun! It is a 3 hour experience where you will learn how to make 3 different cocktails and 3 different appetizers focused on Mexican ingredients and spirits. *If you are a solo traveler, please contact us before booking, since we need a minimum of 2 students to open a class

5.00This is exactly the kind of experience you and your friends/ partner would enjoy if you appreciate a more elevated yet still authentic cooking class. The food was fun and insanely delicious, clean, fresh ingredients and great skills you can take home. It was easy enough for my boyfriend who would consider himself a beginner, but challenging enough for me who feels more comfortable in the kitchen lol. Coti is honest and passionate and makes the entire night feel personalized. I cant wait to come back. I definitely recommend coming with an appetite and being adventurous!

5.00Togethet with my girlfriend we took a class on appetizer and drink preparation. It was a wonderful experience. It was delicious and we had a great time. The chef is very friendly. She explained everything thoroughly and told us all sorts of interesting facts, not only about the cuisine but also about Mexico. The drinks and food they prepared were delicious. We will definitely make them at home. I highly recommend it!

5.00Coty class was great! The cocktails we made where delicious and paired perfectly with the appetizers we made. The food and cocktails were so yummy and Coty was very welcoming and provided details on the ingredients and preparations. I definitely recommend this class. I will be attending another when I go back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

5.00I cannot say enough good things about this class! Chef Coty is wonderful, so sweet and welcoming, and her recipes are both creative and authentic (not to mention delicious!) I am a vegetarian and my partner does not eat seafood and Chef Coty accommodated both of us beautifully. The class has a very fun and laid-back atmosphere and we had a great time learning while we drank our tasty cocktails and listened to Chef's great playlist. We are so excited to put our new skills to use at home and would come back in a heartbeat to learn more!

5.00This was so fun , delicious ! The entire staff was professional, helpful, fun. We got to be very hands on or we could watch and learn .it was our choice,it was great to learn professional techniques. We also made delicious cocktails ! and we left with all the recipes for each drink and appetizer! I’d do this class again.
