What To Expect
Discover the history of the forgotten Irish font called 'Cló Gaelach', learn + practice how to write it, listen to some modern music in Irish and learn some of our beautiful native language, Irish in the heart of Dublin city centre. You will also be gifted a one of a kind specially crafted post card containing the lost poetry in Irish (English translation provided) of one of Tallaght's poet's - Éilís Ní Phartholáin - Alice Furlong - feel free to use your new found knowledge of 'Cló Gaelach' to write a special message to send to someone.

5.00Sophie was really knowledgeable about Gló Gaelach and Irish language and History, it was really fun to learn from her! She really goes above and beyond to share her culture and is really passionate about her subject! I had a great experience, I didn't even feel the time pass! I highly recommend this activity/experience if you want to learn more about Irish culture and History. Go raibh maith agat again Sophie!

5.00we loved this activity. We learned a lot about Irish culture, language and history. Sophie was both exciting and passionate. Being French, we particularly appreciated the time she took to explain everything clearly and show us many examples. The activity was very enriching and accessible, even for beginners (it is necessary to understand English of course). I highly recommend this activity. In addition, she provided us with references to deepen this beautiful introduction to the Irish language.
