The Teeling Whiskey Distillery is Dublin’s destination for whiskey fans, and for anyone with an interest in Dublin’s long association with Irish Whiskey. Located in the heart of Dublin city centre, in the historic Liberties, Teeling Whiskey Distillery is the first operational distillery in the city to open in 125 years and home to the Spirit of Dublin. Experience the sights, sounds, aromas and tastes of a fully operational distillery. The fully guided tour takes 45 minutes to 1 hour on average. The different tasting options offer options to suit both first time whiskey drinkers and connoisseurs alike.

What To Expect
Teeling Whiskey Distillery
Experience the sights, sounds smells and tastes of a fully operational distillery on a guided tour followed by a tasting of Teeling's award-winning whiskeys. There is little substitute for an operational distillery for bringing the whiskey making process to life and where better to do it in Dublin than the first new distillery in the city in over 125 years. Before entering the production floor, guests will learn about over 500 years of Dublin whiskey history in our Exhibition Space were our passionate guides will take you through the rise, fall & current renaissance in Irish whiskey. Guests well then be introduced to the story of the Teeling Family who have revived distilling in the city & have been at the vanguard of the revival in Dublin Whiskey. On the distillery floor guests will be immersed in each of the 5 steps of the whiskey making process from grain to glass before getting to enjoy a choice of tasting options of our award winning whiskeys. Our experience is a one stop shop that engages guests in the history of Dublin Whiskey, immerses them in the full whiskey making process & treats them to a truly award winning array of tasting options that tailors for both the novice & whiskey enthusiast alike (non-drinkers & families welcome!).

5.00I highly recommend the guided Tour & Tasting ate Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin. Our guide Marc was outstanding at explaining in a very simple way the steps to produce their excellent whiskeys. He started with providing us context about the history of Irish Whiskeys. He is an amazing storyteller and his enthusiasm was so high that it gave us a clear indication on how this company is the fantastic place to work and how all employees are committed to passion and excellence. If you need to visit one distillery in Dublin, this is absolutely the one you have to experience!

5.00Our group enjoyed our experience with the Teeling whiskey tour, tasting three whiskeys and culminating with the best Irish coffee I've had. I learned a lot about the history of distilling in Dublin, and about the neighborhood of The Liberties, and that's something you can't get with just a tasting experience. The overall tour was about an hour long, finishing at the tasting area from which we could easily move to the lounge space for the Irish coffee.

5.00I did this tour with my Dad and we had Ruaidhri as our tour guide. We have done a few distillery tours but have always found that each one offers something different with new tricks of trade to learn, and this one was no different! Ruaidhri was very knowledgeable, clearly knew his stuff, and was happy to answer questions at the various stops (and the seasonal cocktail he put together himself for our tasting was great!) The tour itself is informative on all aspects of the whiskey-making business, and the Teeling's building itself, café, and bar are all lovely. Couldn't recommend it enough.

5.00Our family of five toured a couple of whiskey distilleries in Dublin and this was definitely the best. We opted for the Bottle Your Own experience and are so glad we did, had a tasting experience all to ourselves and an even more in depth explanation of the whiskeys. Our tasing host (can’t remember his name, but he does a lot of the instagram videos) was extremely knowledgeable and loved all his tips to make tasting whiskeys even more enjoyable.
