It's a new activity so a bit disorganised still. Andrew was very kind and polite, a bit awkward. There was no pick up time on the website or my confirmation email. We had to communicate via email but he was kind enough to pick me up from the center near my hotel. We changed the itinerary sonwe visited the castle first. Admission ticket is included and you get 45' which is enough to see everything. Stopped at a beach location and around the city on the way back. I would not recommend to book it on a sunday as the buses are less frequent (to go to and leave the meeting place).
