07:00: We start the journey to visit Ba Na Hills – A must-visit destination in Central Vietnam. 08:00: The tour guide will assist you in purchasing the tickets at the counter. 08:45: Enjoy the cable car system that won 4 World’s Records (longest one-wire sling; the longest distance between each station; the longest unpatched wire & finally the heaviest cable roll), admire the epic view and enjoy the fresh air here. 9:10: Explore Golden Hand Bridge, sits 1,400 meters above sea level, an altitude that creates a silk strip hiding in clouds & enjoy the panorama of Da Nang on high. 5.00This was a fantastic tour and we were delighted to have such a great tour guide! John was brilliant. Great pre pick up communication and very knowledgable on the day. He did a great job avoiding queues and spent just the right amount of time at each part of the park. He took some great photos for us too! I would recommend him to anyone. He talked about other tours he does too and I wish I’d known this beforehand as I would definitely used him for other days too but sadly we were leaving the following day. Use John, he was brilliant!

5.00I booked this trip to Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge for my parents, and it exceeded all expectations. Brian, our guide, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived at our hotel in Hoi An right on time and immediately made my parents feel comfortable. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and patient throughout the entire tour. My parents were a bit hesitant to go without me, but Brian took exceptional care of them every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, stayed by their side the whole time, and navigated the area with ease—taking shortcuts and making the experience smooth and enjoyable. He even helped take photos and is an excellent photographer—he really knows his angles! My mom was especially happy with all the pictures. When my parents returned to the hotel, they couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful the experience was. Brian truly made the trip memorable for them. From the very start, he was punctual, professional, and brought such a warm, engaging energy that made the entire day even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the VIP treatment we received every step of the way. We didn’t have to worry about long lines or crowded areas he navigated everything, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without the stress. On top of that, he was an amazing photographer!
