Enjoy early departure to Komodo National Park with a 5:30 AM hotel pick-up and a 6:00 AM (at the latest) speedboat departure from Labuan Bajo harbor. This early start allows you to explore Komodo’s iconic highlights at a comfortable, well-paced rhythm, with time for trekking, photography, and snorkeling before most groups arrive.
Led by a certified guide and an experienced local crew, the tour is carefully managed from start to finish, with a strong focus on timing, safety, and guest comfort — a level of organization consistently highlighted in traveler reviews.
For private tours, departure time can be adjusted to suit your preference. Please let us know your ideal schedule in advance, and we will be happy to arrange a more flexible start while maintaining a smooth, well-planned itinerary.

Starting April 2026, Komodo National Park will limit visitors to 1,000 people per day. All entry slots must be booked through the official SIORA system, which does not support international payments. If you agree, we will secure the slot using our own funds, which must be reimbursed upon your arrival by cash or card (3% bank fee for card payments). All SIORA slots are non-refundable and non-changeable, so tour dates must be final.
November to February is the rainy season, so itineraries may be adjusted or postponed if conditions are unsafe. The upside is fewer crowds and excellent chances to see manta rays. If you choose to travel during this period, you may need to stay longer while waiting for sailing clearance from the local Harbor Master, who regulates departures based on sea conditions for safety reasons.
If you are catching an afternoon flight after the tour, please bring your luggage with you and store it in the shuttle car. The same car will take you straight to the airport once the tour ends.
Guests planning to bring a drone to Komodo National Park must inform us at least 5 days in advance, hold a valid drone flying certification, and obtain a permit costing 2.5 million rupiah, which we must pay upfront and can be reimbursed upon your arrival. Please let us know if you’d like our assistance.

What To Expect
Your adventure begins with an early pick-up at 05:30 from your hotel lobby, followed by a transfer to the harbor, where you’ll board our private speedboat powered by twin 150 HP engines, cruising comfortably at a speed of 20–25 knots. Our first stop is Padar Island, known for its breathtaking, three-colored beaches—white, pink, and black. After a moderately challenging trek to the famous viewpoint, you’ll enjoy panoramic vistas and capture incredible photos of this iconic landscape. Next, we visit Pink Beach, a gem with its stunning pink sand, perfect for relaxing, or soaking in the beauty of the clear blue waters. Then, we make our way to Komodo Island, home to the famous Komodo dragons. Guided by experienced rangers, you’ll embark on a thrilling trek to see these giant lizards. Afterward, we head to Taka Makasar, a peaceful sandbar, followed by a snorkeling adventure at Manta Point, where you can swim alongside majestic manta rays. Our final stop is Siaba Island, known for its vibrant underwater world, abundant with sea turtles and tropical fish. At afternoon, we return to Labuan Bajo, where our team will escort you back to your hotel or airport. Secure your spot now!

5.00We had a fantastic day. We started early and were one of the first boats at Padar. After hiking to the top of the island we went to visit the dragons at Komodo Island. What amazing animals. I was surprised by how close you can get to them. Then we went snorkeling where we saw manta ray and several sea turtles as well as an array of beautiful fish. Benny was a fantastic guide!! At all times communication was excellent prior to our trip. Can’t say enough good things!

5.00For a fast personal custom experience definitely recommended. Early morning on time departure and hike to avoid heat of day. 7 dragons ranger and not pushing stupid photos and working around large groups. Custom snorkel options if desired.

5.00What a fantastic day! From before the start, to the drp off, this was one of the best tours we've had. We contacted Ervis at Komodo Snorkel directly by WhatsApp. Communication was very prompt with lots of information. We opted for a private day trip on a Medium size boat, perfect for three of us and meant transit times were fast. Ervis came to our hotel to brief our trip, provide options and take payment. Payment was easy, and was all inclusive (apart from tips). We opted to go early and it was well worth it. We beat the crowds to Padar and walked up to the viewpoint as the 'Sunrisers' were coming down. Alousius was our guide, and he was great. His English was perfect and knew everything we needed to know about the landscape, culture, flora and fauna. We opted for the long trek at Komodo, our ranger was Ivan, who again was great. The long trek gave us plenty of opportunity to see the dragons (6 in total), some of them very close. We also went to Kampung Komodo before heading off to Pink Beach, then the sand bar, Manta point and Turtle town. We swam with mantas, tutles and sharks. A truly amazing life experience. Thank you very much Ervis and the Komodo Snorkel team. My family and I would thoroughly recommend Komodo Snorkel to give you one of the most memorable experiences ever.

5.00Overall 5/5 stars here. Easy communication on WhatsApp. Did private boat tour and saw all the hot spots and to see the dragons ofcourse. Boat was clean, boat staff very safe and reliable. Guide was above and beyond. Overall highly recommend this company for your power boat tour. Was nice to move quickly from point to points in comfort and speed. House boats are nice, but powerboat gives you more flexibility. Over the top service from Ervis! Top notch. Thanks guys, see you again!

5.00What a fabulous day! Our boat was clean and our captain, crew, and guide were friendly and professional. We had a great time climbing the steps at Pulau Padar, trekking through Komodo Island looking for dragons, and snorkeling. Manta Point was an absolute highlight and we also swam with turtles at another snorkel spot. The coral reefs were beautiful and well populated with all kinds of colorful fish and sea stars. Definitely book this trip!!!

5.00Had an amazing day with Fidel and crew. Started with a walk to see the dragons, followed by a visit to the pink beach which was stunning with some great snorkeling. Next stop was a secluded sand bank with beautifully clear water where we had a relaxing swim. Next we went to Manta point where we were lucky enough to swim with huge manta ray-this was an absolutely amazing experience. Final stop was a snorkel with turtles. We only sat on turtle but was still and amazing experience. Highly recommend this tour.
