Start your adventure before most visitors arrive and experience the park without the crowds. With our 05:25 AM hotel pick-up and a 06:00 AM speedboat departure, you’ll reach the iconic destinations of Komodo National Park in a more peaceful atmosphere—perfect for trekking scenic viewpoints, seeing the famous Komodo dragon, and snorkeling in clear tropical waters.
Designed for a comfortable day, this tour is limited to a maximum of 17 guests, helping maintain a relaxed and enjoyable environment on board. Clear communication begins the day before the tour, followed by punctual early-morning departures and attentive guidance from our experienced crew throughout the journey.
Returning to Labuan Bajo at around 4:00 PM, the tour is perfect for travelers with afternoon onward flights. With a perfect 5.0 rating and 100% traveler recommendation, it represents one of the best-value early morning speedboat experiences in the park.
Seats are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Starting April 2026, Komodo National Park will limit visitors to 1,000 people per day. All entry slots must be booked through the official SIORA system, which does not support international payments. If you agree, we will secure the slot using our own funds, which must be reimbursed upon your arrival by cash or card (3% bank fee for card payments). All SIORA slots are non-refundable and non-changeable, so tour dates must be final.
November to February is the rainy season, so itineraries may be adjusted or postponed if conditions are unsafe. The upside is fewer crowds and excellent chances to see manta rays. If you choose to travel during this period, you may need to stay longer while waiting for sailing clearance from the local Harbor Master, who regulates departures based on sea conditions for safety reasons.
If you are catching an afternoon flight after the tour, please bring your luggage with you and store it in the shuttle car. The same car will take you straight to the airport once the tour ends.
Guests planning to bring a drone to Komodo National Park must inform us at least 5 days in advance, hold a valid drone flying certification, and obtain a permit costing 2.5 million rupiah, which we must pay upfront and can be reimbursed upon your arrival. Please let us know if you’d like our assistance.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Labuan Bajo
Our pick-up service begins at 5:25 AM, depending on your hotel’s location. Please be ready in your hotel lobby and ensure your WhatsApp number is active on the tour day, in case our team needs to contact you for coordination. Once the formalities are completed, you will board one of our speedboats departing promptly before 6:00 AM from Labuan Bajo. With a maximum of 17 guests per departure, the boat assigned each day is selected to best match the group size, ensuring comfort and a well-balanced onboard experience. Please be assured that even with only one booking, the tour will still depart as scheduled.
Padar Island
From your hotel, we’ll head directly to the harbor to board our speedboat and set off on a day filled with discovery. It takes approximately 60 minutes by speedboat from Labuan Bajo to reach our first destination, the iconic Padar Island. Renowned for its dramatic landscapes and unique trio of colored beaches—white, pink, and black—Padar is a feast for the senses. As we approach, you’ll be captivated by the island’s rugged hills and stunning vistas. To reach the best viewpoint for capturing truly stunning pictures, guests will need to walk up 815 well-constructed concrete steps. While a good physical condition is required, the steady steps make the ascent more manageable and guests can take their time to rest along the way. At the top, you’ll be rewarded with sweeping panoramic views—an unforgettable highlight of Komodo National Park.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and energy of the staff. They were patient as this was my first time snorkeling. They went the extra mile and found me at my hotel as well to confirm a new tour since my original one was cancelled! Thank you team!

Top marks to Komodo Snorkel. All questions prior to trip answered promptly. Trip began on schedule. Boat was well maintained and safety procedures were outlined before departure. The 3-person crew was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The price was very reasonable. Our itinerary to Komodo was changed when the national park closed access to island because of severe weather. We were given the option of refund, reschedule, or change of destination to Rinka Island for komodo observation. We chose Rinka and 5:30am departure assured we were first boat to the park before later crowds. Thereafter, 3 snorkeling stops and lunch did not disappoint. All in all, a wonderful day.

Wonderful day, was collected at 5.30am and went out to Rinca Island. Saw lots of Komodo dragons and walked up the hill to see the view. Other groups arriving as we left so good to be first there. Then went snorkling at the cleaning station for manta rays, saw a 3 mtr one who stayed below us for ages, amazing! Plus 4-5 other mantas. Then went to 2 other snorkling sights and saw turtles and beautiful coral reefs plus a few sharks. The crew were great and helped me in the water when I got tired with the donut. Due to bad weather forecast the trip had to be altered but it was still amazing and pleased we decided to continue to go. Would definitely reccommend this company and felt safe with the boat and crew. Thanks guys!!

We had a wonderful time on the Blue Alexandria! Sea conditions prevented us from being allowed to go to some of the tour spots; however, the team was extremely accommodating and were able to put together a secondary plan that accomplished everything that we were planning to do from the original tour and more. The crew was all very nice and helpful with the activities, making it accessible for all ages and fitness levels. We would definitely book this tour again for any future trips!

Pros: - Really arrived before most people at every spot (especially for the famous island photo spot) - Great spot selection overall - Great guide with perfect English - Proper speedboat with on-board toilet - Free water + coke - Were very lucky to see many huge Mantas, which is not guranteed the whole year as reported by the guides. - No cash needed dealing for national park fees, was included in price when booking directly at Komodo snorkling (not via Tripadvisor) and paid up front via Wise (2.300.000 IDR / 137 USD per person) Cons: - Tour ended already on 3 PM (schedule said 4 PM), we feeled a bit rushed by the guides at the last 2 snorkling spots and would have loved to stay there at least 30 minutes longer. - Komodo island most disappointing spot, big dragons seen at the beach, but walk through the park with no dragon sighting. - "Relaxing" Dragons at the beach are reported by almost all reviews, unclear if dragons are there on their free will or if other measures by the guides were applied before. - Lunch quite disappointing compared to the overall trip (cold lunch box). We did severall one day boat Expeditions on the Philipines (El Nido, Coron) for same size of group and got freshly cooked meals with great selection. There the food was cooked directly on the boat. - Tour quite expensive for 1 day compared to other 1 day tours e.g. in the Philipines e.g. El Nido, Coron (half the price). Info: - Tour was done by another company (Alexandria), which was not known by us before. Maybe individual Tour providers grouped their bookings since this was the off-season (02.03.26) - Booking directly at Komodo Snorkling (not TripAdvisor) and paying up front via Wise

Friendly tour guide and crew. Clean boat. Had a great day and saw three Komodo Deafons. Highly recommend! Good communication too (they text you the day prior about logistics such as pick up). Make sure you bring enough cash for the excursion. I highly recommend this tour because you avoid the crowds and really get to enjoy the islands.

This tour ran incredibly smoothly. The team picks you up right on time, and everything goes to schedule. They all work hard to keep everyone safe and entertained. They are ready to adjust the itinerary if needed. We loved our day out. And we counted 7 Komodo Dragone sighted.
