A HIKE (basic walking 1 kilometers to Edge per way )

Before we proceed off-road, toilet facilities are available. In this location, there are no washrooms available (Open Desert).
Return trip timing may experience slight delays due to traffic or large group size. If you have a flight after the tour, please check with our team in advance to ensure adequate time for your departure

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
A camel ride in vast desert landscapes will last approximately ten or twelve minutes, you will be able to run with the camel (if you wish) and take photos with them. Additionally, you may guide the camel yourself as you ride the camel and take photos at the same time.
Edge of The World
Edge of the World is the name of the 1.131 m height cliff that lies some 100 km from Riyadh at the end of the 800 km extending Tuwaik Mountain range. Edge of the World is the perfect destination of mountain climbing and hiking lovers. Discover the breathtaking off-cliff spectacular views.

2.00Our driver was a terrible, unsafe driver who made and took long calls on his handheld mobile phone on the outbound trip, and added steering with his knees while texting, to the return trip. A significant high speed swerve, due to lack of concentration, while in the fast lane of the highway summed up a pretty bad experience. The Edge 9f the Worl is beautiful. Sadly it is covered by plastic waste from visiting, which make the foreground of all the photographs, as study on Humans, and their selfish behaviour, both on a human and natural scale. Dinner was a delicious buffet-style food in pretty surroundings. It appeard to be a stop off for many tour operators. Lots of companies provide this trip. I would recommend that you study the reviews of the various companies, before spending your money.

1.00The trip was a poor reflection of what could have been from the start. Horrible dirty 4x4 driven by a driver more intent on talking on one of his two phones constantly. Too many near misses on the journey due to his complete lack of care and attention on the road. The camel ride was quick and the animals looked and acted in a way that screamed abuse. I had been on a camel ride earlier in the month in Cairo. The difference in experience and care was sobering The edge of the World experience was well get out and wander with no information on when to get back to the vehicle or how long we ere staying. The Edge of the world is spectacular but like all public areas in Saudi tarnished by discarded waste. Plastic bottles and bags everywhere. Such a shame. The only saving grace for this shambolic trip was the meal at the end of the it was at a traditional family run eatery. Lovely food lovely people. Back into the filthy 4x4 where the standard of driving continued to be dangerous. Another near misses a high speed swerve on the motorway. Nothing there just our driver distracted by sending text messages. I would avoid this tour operator unless you enjoy white knuckle rides and like listening to one way conversations.

Not only did he ensure we reached every destination on time, but he also handled challenging conditions — including driving safely through a storm — with complete confidence and skill. What truly stood out was his intelligence and presence of mind. He always knew the best routes, avoided delays effortlessly, and made sure we were exactly where we needed to be without any hassle. On top of that, he kept the atmosphere light and fun — always making us laugh and adding a positive vibe to the trip. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, safety, and personality so well. Regardless of what anyone else might say — there’s always that one “Karan” in every group — I can confidently say Sayel is one of the best drivers I’ve ever come across.
