Instant booking confirmation is provided. 2 .Trip details The customer provides their preferred start time and any planned stops or requests. The itinerary is fully flexible and can be adjusted on the day. 3. Driver confirmation A professional, licensed driver is assigned. Driver and vehicle details are shared before the service begins. 4. Pick-up The driver arrives on time at the agreed pick-up location and assists with luggage if required. 5. Travel at your own pace The customer travels at their own pace, choosing where to go and how long to stay at each stop within the booked hours. This is a private service with no shared passengers. 6. End of service At the end of the booked time, the driver drops the customer at their chosen location. Additional time may be available on request, subject to availability.
